The only reason I stayed here was because of it location near to the airport. Everything else is good in terms of experience except I was imposed with liability costing RM10 for soiling one piece of their towel. The soiling happened because I walked outside after the rain and my foot got into a mud spot. I came back to my room and I accidentally stepped on the towel. Bear in mind, I had to book their largest room meant for 4 pax because that was the only one available even though I stayed alone. Considering the occupancy is low for that large room, soiling one piece of towel does not justify a RM10 liability damage.

However, somehow there are some religious ceremonies, the music keep playing outside even in the early morning which is quite frustrating.

BBeeBaeeGood customer service. Staff is really helpful. They provide so many amenities that you can use like gym, swimming pool (had to wear proper clothes to enter), sauna, playground for kids and many more. They have free parking underground or you can rent parking space on ground floor. Will sure to check this place again if I ever come to Kota Kinabalu again.

AAnonymous UserThe stay overall was satisfactory until the final day, when I encountered a couple of issues that caused significant inconvenience. On the night of my check-in, I requested an extra pillow as I have lower back pain. However, I ended up waiting for over an hour. When the staff finally came to explain, I was informed that the extra pillow had been given to another guest who had requested it after me. I found this to be unfair and disappointing, as my request was made earlier and for a genuine reason.
To make matters worse, on the last day, when I had a flight to catch, there was a complete lack of water on the first floor. This unexpected situation disrupted my preparations and made it quite challenging to get ready for my journey.
That being said, I really love the vibes here overall. Plus or minus, I will still consider coming back.

** Jangan lupa sediakan spt pisau , mangkuk , papan pemotong untuk setiap yg ada kitchen senang untuk masak klu cust mahu guna biarpun studio place . Piring pun skurang³ kasi extra hehe .
Tempat ok , cuma parking tidak di sediakan di setiap unit . Terpaksa cari sendiri , parking x banyak . Ada under managment byr rm 10/day .
Cuma weekend full house semua . So bertabah lah untuk mencari parking .
Mahu beli barang makanan ringan ada speedmart , kedai runcit & orange .
Tempat masih baru so , klu tempat makan ada cafe sja d dpn . Lain d sebelah bangunan ada food court & di area sna senang cari makan .
Cuma kalau lebih senang sesiap lah tapau makanan dr dluar, sbb susah cri park klu pack time . Sekian ulasan dari saya 🫶

AAnonymous UserHonestly, it was better than I expected. Seeing the reviews has lower my expectations but it was good for the price. Maybe will rebook at this place. But we don't have the password for the wifi and i think it's better if there's a heater because at our room has no heater. And i think they should give a tutorial sheet on how to operate the tv since it was an old modal (i think). Overall it was a nice stayy.
