The hotel is near the lake, which makes its location ok if you are willing to visit it. If you would go to the downtown, then the location is terrible because it takes an hour to arrive by car. Around the hotel there’s not much. The room is nice with planty of amenities (kitchenware, washing machine, etc.) but not super clean (found hair in the bathtub). Breakfast is not up to the standards and it’s quite poor. Swimming pool is okish, nothing fancy and not very deep (just 1.2m). The guy working there staring at you all the time is not pleasant too. Would I come back? I guess not.

I was very satisfied with the stay this time. The hotel is located in the scenic area, the scenery is very good, the hotel also provides rooms with better views, the buffet atmosphere in the hotel is also very good, there are live music performances, the service attitude of each department is also very good, the attentive explanation of the front desk staff saved us a lot of trouble when traveling, next time I have the opportunity, I will come here to play again

Good location near the shopping mall, however i was told only corner room is provided for my room type and the room is extremely small, so we have to add RMB 38 to upgrade to another room type. It’s suggested to tell in advance when booking. The facilities are relatively old especially the TV, limited function and all the contents will be charged. Overall the price is not reasonable.

The room was comfortable and big enough. The hotel staff is warm and positive, the restaurant serves late night and breakfast is also rich, parking is convenient, the mineral water placed at the elevator is very user-friendly, the room can be taken directly when you don't sleep enough, not like other hotels, looking for the front desk is not necessarily willing to give. When going to the self-service laundry room to wash, the waiter also took the initiative to help you wash it and dry it before sending it back, a proper five-star praise.

I think the best hotel so far from my China Trip, very clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff, the staff here Dream Yang gave us alot information, which i think very helpful on our stay here. stove provided inside room, can cook and wash, good view from hotel, alot shoplot and eatery nearby, easy to book taxi here

Very good, we stayed in room 1617, the view outside the window was pleasant, the room was not big, but the layout was good, clean and comfortable, the service staff was friendly and made us feel at home. The hotel's buffet breakfast has rich varieties, delicious taste and good color. In particular, Manager Li (female) asked us for suggestions for improvement many times. The waiter Ren Jihua (I used his name to encourage him to keep making progress during the chat, so I remembered the name of this handsome boy from Chongqing) was enthusiastic and thoughtful, which made our spring outing to Songshan Lake very happy.
