Other than our first room smelling like cigarette smoke, everything was amazing. They quickly switched us to a smell free room. At the check in desk they measure you for the perfect pillow. The bed was super comfy. Also the hotel is conveniently located near many attractions.

Overall my experience during my all stay was good. Service was quite good. I did not ask for any special facility but looks me the hotel provide good facilities to the customers. Yes I enjoyed my breakfast and food in one of their restaurant.

The living facilities around it are very comfortable. There are McDonald's Starbucks and Walmart within a short distance. There are also many good street restaurants nearby.

It is suitable for people of all ages. The room was clean and tidy with no odor. The mirror is beautiful! The breakfast was a bit monotonous, but I just happened to want to drink porridge, and the bean sprouts were delicious! The sister in the restaurant is very enthusiastic! The front desk was very polite and the service was good and the communication was smooth.

Location is about 1km away from the subway. Nearby have Walmart, but far away from hauwai cityscape and the lake garden. But over all is nice place and well renovated to stay.
