We actually did not spend much time due the business meetings. The hotel surrounding was nice. Many shops and restaurants nearby and parks for walking. Room was spacious and clean. Good for business travelers. The noodle bar for breakfast looked very nice but due to we had morning tea meeting, we were not able to try it.

The hotel is in a great location, with a shopping mall downstairs and a beautiful environment. You can see the mountain view when you open the curtains. The room is clean and comfortable. The hotel service attitude is very good, special thanks to Xiaoyu at the kiosk, and there is a robot to deliver to your door. Good place to stay

I took my parents out for the Spring Festival. It was the first time to visit Songshan Lake and stay at Novotel. Both the scenery of Songshan Lake and the hardware and software facilities and services of Novotel exceeded my expectations. Originally, I planned to stay for three days at most, but I stayed for four nights in the end. If my family had not returned to Shenzhen from other places, I would have stayed for two more days. Before booking the hotel, I saw the high score of Novotel 4.9, and I was skeptical. Can a four-star hotel be so good? After checking in, I sighed that the high score was well deserved: 1. Attentive service to hotel guests; 2. Hardware facilities comparable to five-star hotels; 3. Excellent geographical location, not only located in Songshan Lake Scenic Area - there is a small lake with dense water plants and a beautiful science park outside, but also downstairs is Vankeli Commercial Center, where you can eat, drink and have fun! Thanks to Xiaoyu at the front desk for taking care of the two elderly people and arranging rooms for them, so that they spent a very happy Spring Festival. Songshan Lake Novotel has become their first choice for travel in the future. See you in March!
