Concorde Hotel Doha Reviews

The towel provided to us had some blood stains and there was no water kettle nor tea bags provided. They were very slow in responsing to our request and during check out inormed them about my complains that made my stay unfortunate at 5 stars hotel. They said only sorry and not offered us any complementary thing.

It is 15 minutes from the airport and has a restaurant and a place selling simple Qatari souvenirs on the first floor. Compared to hotels I have stayed at before, I can't help but give it a low score for facilities, except that it is close to the hotel.

Very good value for money hotel right next to the metro, clean, very spacious room. The hotel has somewhat old but functional equipment. The night team at reception is not very welcoming

This hotel is not bad, except that it is a bit old, it is quite comfortable to live in. The room is very clean, the Internet speed is fast, the restaurant is also good, and the facilities are all there, so you can rest assured

Everything was perfect, loved the quality of the room. Windows can be better... Good room service quick and fast. Ahmed Iqbal is a really good staff. Good location near to airport. Breakfast Buffet needs more variety, ordered food was tasteless.

It's my first time coming to this hotel. I did not expect so much about the accommodation I stayed in as I arrived midnigh at this hotel. The lobby was standard and feels very quiet The front desk on duty showed his very standard attitude welcoming me as a guest arrived late at night. But I was surprised when I entered my room as I found it was an apartment. The room was huge, spacious and had its own living room with tv, separate bedroom and separate bathroom. Very big wardrobe with complete facilities such as ironing, slippers, toiletries etc. I had my breakfast before check out and continue my offshore trip at thw 1st floor restaurant Foode menu was various and delicious. There is pool side area for smoker to enjoy open air breakfast. It was really good experience to stay in this hotel. I wish to stay with my family later on when I coming back to Doha. This place is recommended for family to stay. God bless all the staff and the management.

They were incredibly professional, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their warm hospitality and dedication made my experience truly enjoyable. I was in town for a business trip and unfortunately booked the night in this hotel as my usual hotels were fully booked. It was a terrible experience !! The hotel room is outdated which would have been fine if it was at least clean. All the furniture was covered in dust inclusing the desk, bed etc... The rug on the floor didnt seem to have seen a vacuum in ages. Dust balls gathering on the floor. The room walls have black stains. All in all, it is not a place you would want to spend the night in. The staff themselves are on a different level, totally indifferent and clear that no effort is being made to at least make the guests feel welcomed. Avoid at all costs !!

Everything was on point, service was at its best. From food to service to organisation to cleanliness and the set up & decoration. Guests were also very happy and satisfied with food. Sound system was perfect and as we wanted. It was the best decision that I booked this package at Concorde Hotel. I recommend this hotel to my friends and to anyone planning for their wedding. Keep up the good work, and thank you again.
