The overall experience is ok. The hotel is clean and tidy, and the room (non-smoking room) has no odor (although it was built in 2019). The restaurant staff and housekeeping staff are very friendly. We bought breakfast, and the food selection was okay, with a lot of Middle Eastern dips, fresh fruits and vegetables, etc., but there were fewer East Asian food choices. We experienced Quan Spa, which was very thoughtful with New Year decorations. We booked a spa for two, but they didn't ask us if we wanted to take a bath. It would have been better if we could have a massage after the bath. However, there is still room for improvement in the hotel's lack of communication with third-party booking websites. After we paid for the room for three people on our trip, we were still told when we arrived at the hotel that we had to pay for the extra bed for the third person. At first, the front desk staff was a bit cold and seemed to be blaming the guests. Although the manager finally refunded the money, I still felt a little uncomfortable.

Very good and comfortable hotel in an excellent location with direct access to the City Center Mall and the metro. We had a very spacious room on the 32nd floor with a beautiful view of the skyline, which was particularly impressive in the evening. The pool area of ​​this hotel is beautifully designed for a city hotel, which made our decision to stay at this hotel easier. Perfect for relaxing after sightseeing. We booked half board, which consisted of breakfast and dinner. Dinner could be eaten in just 2 of several restaurants, with 300 QAR being added to the amount. As we were able to book half board very cheaply, it was worth it for us, as dinner could also be eaten in the very impressive Shanghai Club on the 43rd floor with a breathtaking view. It's not really worth the normal half board surcharge, as there are much cheaper food options in one of the many restaurants in the adjacent City Center Mall, which is open until midnight. We will be back because we were impressed by the location, the comfort and the friendliness of the staff.

Beautiful hotel in City. The rooms are very beautiful and the bedding is very comfortable. Special mention for the excellent breakfast! The swimming pool is very pleasant. I recommend 👌

Located in the city center, convenient transportation, and rich breakfast. The outdoor swimming pool view is OK, but I didn't feel that there was too much attentive service. The view and happy hours of the executive lounge are good.
