Typical sterile boring but very functional Hotel. Not much difference in many of these types of hotels dotted around the city. It is purely there to do what it advertisers to do which is provide a comfortable night accommodation but has about as much excitement and spark as my 95-year-old grandfather. 👴…. It’s as boring as you would expect it to be sitting off the edge of the city. however, the rooms were very clean and the bed comfortable so no complaints in that respect. I would definitely stay here again if I needed a night accommodation purely for a night accommodation.  unfortunately this is where hotels are heading in this functional world of ours. Boring but functional. If there was a pod hotel in Melbourne, I would definitely stay there instead of here as at least a pod hotel will have a travel vibe to it.

The three of us stayed there and it was nice. I made a reservation for two twin beds and one queen, and although there was a slight mistake in the room, they changed the bed right away so I was able to use it comfortably. It had a spacious kitchen and living room, and the price was reasonable. I think I will stay again next time!

Pros: The location is good, next to Chinatown, very convenient for taking the tram, very close to QVB, there are a lot of restaurants nearby, and the staff is very friendly. Disadvantages: poor sound insulation, small room.

Service at the reception was great. They were very helpful. Location is ok. It's a 5-8min walk to the free tram and there are shops and supermarket nearby. Our 2 bed oom apartment was spacious and pretty clean. Our only gripe is that it was hard to adjust the water temperature and the flow was weak.
