This apartment-style hotel in a residential area is equipped with basic dining utensils and has a modern and warm design. The bedrooms, living room, and bathrooms are clean and comfortable. The front desk is always staffed, and there is free parking. Turn right out of the complex and you'll find a supermarket and a pizza restaurant (highly recommended), as well as many restaurants. Across from the pizza restaurant is the seaside promenade, and Kotor's Old Town is a 3-kilometer walk away.

The enthusiastic front desk clerk slowly explained the information I needed to me. The room was large and clean, and the hotel had its own parking lot. It was November, the off-season for tourism, so I was very satisfied with the experience, and it felt like living at home. What can I say - all you need in an apartment and super staff. As a group of 50+ fellas celebrating a big birthday, this was the perfect choice. A stone’s throw from the water and a short walk to the old town. Comfortable and perfect at a very sensible price.
