We had a fantastic stay with Goran who is a wonderful host. He is on hand to answer any queries. The views from the balcony are just stunning, we just spent so much time sitting out enjoying looking at the views. The apartment is so clean, spacious and so comfortable. It’s so well kitted out, a washing machine, coffee maker etc so you won’t be stuck. Just a ten minute walk to the old town, but so quiet and peaceful at night with a lovely donkey across the road who comes to say hello. The walk to the apartment is slightly challenging as it’s uphill but manageable for most people and it’s completely worth it. If hiring a car, make sure it’s an automatic and a smaller car. Would highly recommend booking here, we were devastated leaving. Great value and so much room.

Me and my daughter spent a week at this beautiful place with this wonderful family. They are all very kind, helpful and give you tips for your vacation. They can also arrange transfer back and forth to Dubrovnik airport at a reasonable amount of euros. We absolutely loved our stay at Kotor, Montenegro and at the apartments Lazarevic. Very good location, shops are nearby. At the same time, it is away from the hectic, noisy old town. The accommodation was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony was the main reason why I booked and I was not disappointed with the result. The owners are extremely nice people.

Goran was a fantastic host, we also got airport transfers with him. The apartment was clean & basic but with everything you need for a weeks stay. Our terrace got sun from around 1pm- sunset so it was beautiful. The walk up to the apartments is uphill, so bear this in mind! It’s around a 10min walk to the beach & old town. Would definitely recommend ☀️😊

Magnificent stay with a superb view of the Bay of Kotor. Caring host, always available and very friendly without ever being intrusive (Thank you very much Goran)! This apartment is a wonderful discovery. A private car park allows you to park there. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the historic center.

This was very nice apartment with beautuful view to kotor bay and it fulfill all of our requirements. It wasn't new house but everything worked well. Everything was within walking distace and there was good parkingspace inside the yard. Special thanks for hosts for hospitality.

What a grand stay. Goran is a top host, friendly, helpful, picked us up at the airport for a good price. Ok, it's a bit of a walk uphill if you don't have a car but hey, it's healthy and totally worth it : out of the centre so quiet and the view from the balcony over the Bay of Kotor is breathtaking, so relaxing sitting there sipping a beer :-) Can't recommend this wonderful place enough !
