La struttura nasce in un complesso termale, forse fra i più antichi della Slovenia. La stessa è suddivisa in un corpo centrale (Hotel vita ), dove c è l accesso diretto sia alle Terme, che al ristorante e altre ubicazioni che differiscono per prezzo e per comfort delle camere ( hotel boutique ). Le mie recensioni sono sempre molto oggettive e cerco di trasmettere la realtà senza paragoni futili. Le camere ( ho soggiornato nell hotel Vita ) sono calde, semplici, accogliente e funzionali. Il buffet è vario ma accontentare gli italiani non è facile, cmq siamo in Slovenia e la cucina è totalmente diversa dalla nostra, ma cmq per chi non ama il self service si può usufruire a pagamento (prezzi contenuti ) del ristorante alla carta dello stesso hotel, dove si mangia bene. Staff della struttura cordiale e disponibile. Il centro termale è piccolino ma cmq gradevole, la temperatura dell acqua e calda ma non bollente circa 35 gradi. Nel corpo centrale c è un centro medico riabilitativo molto funzionale da quello che ho potuto notare. Ho anche provato un massaggio relax nel piccolo centro estetico, davvero un gioiellino dove le operatrici sono tutte davvero disponibili e carine. Inoltre vorrei ringraziare Davorin il responsabile della struttura per la sua professionalità, gentilezza e cortesia che ha per tutti i suoi ospiti, lui ama il suo lavoro e lo fa davvero con passione... grazie!!!!

Hotel in buona posizione. Abbiamo trascorso il capodanno 2024-2015. Cenone se così possiamo chiamarlo iniziatk alle 19:00 Cibo di pessima qualità. Vino imbevibile. Tutte le bevande escluse [rammento che non abbiamo.pagato 2 lire... come si suol.dire]. La Band ha suonato quasi unicamente ballate slovene e ad una certa ora... dopo le 00:30 é sparita...Organizzazione inqualificabile. Una hostess/cameriera mi ha persino rincorso dicendomi che dovevo pagare le bevande...in realtà erano già state assegnate alla camera.. Le piscine non sono all altezza e non si parla di acqua termale ma riscaldata... Abili nel business...! Non credo.dinritornare una seconda volta

Premetto che ho soggiornato in diversi hotel terme in Slovenia e sono sempre avuto la massima disponibilità per assecondare le mie esigenze. Sono invalido e quindi, prima di partire, mi informo tramite email come mi si può offrire un trattamento adeguato. Avevo chiesto e ottenuto via email che la mia sistemazione sarebbe stata al sesto piano con vicinanza ad ascensore per raggiungere piscine e ristorante. Al check in, nonostante abbia fatto vedere il contenuto della mail da loro inviatami, mi hanno assegnato una camera il più lontano possibile dai punti richiesti. La camera con letto matrimoniale è talmente stretta che per accedere al letto è necessario camminare con la faccia rivolta al muro. La doccia nel bagno, peraltro piccolissimo, è rivolta verso la parte più stretta, quindi con piccolissimo spazio. La vista dalla finestra spazia su di un vetusto compattatore per l’ immondizia con rumore costante ed odore non proprio piacevoli. Il ristorante ha orari da ospedale a cena dalle 6 alle 8, con poca scelta di piatti non tradizionali sloveni. Il personale di sala deve essere chiamato quando di solito, ma forse sbaglio io, dovrebbe essere il contrario. Peccato perché la piscina esterna è deliziosa. Aggiungendo che il corrispettivo pagato non sia proprio economico, concludo dicendo che è un’ esperienza che non rifarei e che sconsiglio di fare.

The hotel is highly overpriced, considering the fact that the cleanliness of the room, the service and the quality of food. One room we booked was not cleaned prior to our check-in (which was in late afternoon), and when we asked them to clean it, they did it in 15 minutes. I wonder how much they managed to clean. I am not even sure they changed the sheets, they did not refill the soap in the bathroom and left half used rolls of toilet paper. In the other room, that was supposedly clean, we constantly found hair. The food was bad: the bread was old and stale, the fish smelled funny, there was little choice. It seems they offer certain medical services since there are mostly pensioners with medical conditions. The entire 'entertainment' program is adapted to them, no content for kids.

Hotel in a beautiful position, unfortunately the thermal baths, at least in the winter period, are not up to par. Cold environments and poorly heated water in the pools. The rooms are not connected to the pools but you need to take a double lift and go through the reception/entrance each time. Buffet varied but very repetitive and of low quality. We have shortened the stay.

Pools too cold, air too cold, you feel it when you get out of the water, we asked to change the room because we had been assigned a room in one of the hotels 200 m from the hotel with the pools (imagine with two children going back and forth for meals and for the swimming pools) instead of a double/family room they gave us two doubles paying the extra price but in reality they were two singles, the food was also good but nothing special, the only satisfactory thing was kind receptionists and a beautiful view.

We paid €891 for 4 nights in the hotel "Vita" for the New Year's celebration weekend. First of all; the hotel itself is very cold, it didn't seem we are in the wellness & spa hotel. The room is in devastated condition, there is no heating and no ventilation in the bathroom. When we came to the hotel pool there were no towels so we had to go back to pick the ones we had in the room. The water in the pool was pretty much cold and when we asked at the reception desk about heating issues they told us they will send a handyman even though they knew that they keep the heating low. Last but not least everything smelled awful and we just couldn't stay there. So we went back to the reception desk and explained our problems so they said they're sorry but they kept the money we paid for the reservation and we lost our €100 but we left to see Celje and we haven't lost any more of our money. So it would be great if they don't show off the hotel as a 4 star hotel when it's hardly even a 3 star hotel. Anyways, we are glad we left and definitely won't be coming back ever again 'cos it was a terrible experience.

Vintage structure, and probably intended for medical assistance given the average age of the customers. Restaurant without tablecloths, some lack of maintenance in the rooms. The sauna is limited to the afternoon. Quality and variety of the culinary offer in the sideboard. The price is not proportionate to the service offered. Definitely room for improvement. PS they don't speak Italian at the reception. Room cleaning on departure.
