******* says this is a smoke free property - this is NOT TRUE. There is a hookah bar inside as part of the main lobby bar area.
Food was pretty solid. It's definitely hotel buffet food, but there was some very good dishes at each meal. If you're on half board (not all inclusive) they make you pay for water in the restaurant - it makes sense but feels a bit stingy. The drink prices are pretty good though (like 2 TND for water, 4 TND for spirits).
There isn't easily accessible information about things like activities and hotel services. If you speak french, you can ask the staff, but most of the staff only have very very basic English.
The pool area is lovely, beautiful location directly on the beach, I really enjoyed my stay here.

Very warm welcome, without forgetting the entertainment team. Catering, pleasant staff, clean room. Hotel equipped with Hamam, heated swimming pool, gym, outdoor swimming pool, without forgetting the entertainment team for certain activities.

Hotel in vrije val. Ik verbleef hier bijna 3 maanden van begin november 2024 tot eind januari 2025. Dit hotel is schitterend gelegen op het strand. Het terras is dan ook het mooiste deel van dit hotel. Alhoewel de bediening hier ok is, is de strandbar rijp voor de sloophamer. Het buitenzwembad en binnenzwembad zijn ook ok. De rest van het gebouw is toe aan een totaalrenovatie. De kamers zijn oud, alles is versleten, badkamer(douche in bad zonder handgrepen) is een gevaar voor de vele oudere personen die er verblijven. Geen verwarming op de kamers in de winter. Er mag hier binnen rond receptie/bar nog gerookt worden en 's morgens voor het poetsen stinkt het er als in een oud café. Als het, uitzonderlijk, slecht weer is regent het op vele plaatsen binnen, ook in het restaurant. Het eten is behoorlijk. Hier zijn enkele hardwerkende vriendelijke mensen aan het werk maar zowel in de receptie als in het restaurant en zowat overal zijn er heel wat vrouw-onvriendelijke handtastelijke macho's , er is hier geen sprake van professionaliteit en op sommige plaatsen, zoals bij het animatieteam waar er weliswaar heel wat vriendelijke, professionele jonge mensen werken, zijn er ook agressieve mensen aan het werk die echt niet met publiek in aanraking zouden mogen komen! In mijn geval werd ik getreiterd door Ricky, die overal mee weg leek te komen want op enige hulp kan je hier niet rekenen als vrouwelijke klant. Niettemin, vooral door het zonnige weer heb ik toch een heerlijke tijd gehad Alhoewel Djerba een heerlijk eiland is om te overwinteren kan ik dit hotel zeker niet aanbevelen voor vrouwelijke singles die een rustig verblijf zoeken...

J’ai passé de très bonnes vacances, tout était parfait et la nourriture excellente. Mimo, Louis, Nina et Salma ont été des animateurs exceptionnels, toujours dynamiques et impliqués. Cependant, Riki et Mike, qui prétendent être des chefs d’animation, sont une véritable déception. Leur seule préoccupation n’est pas d’animer mais de vendre , et d harceler les clients en voulant vendre des bingo à 120 dinars (voir + à la tête du client) et des objets personnalisés à +80 dinars , surtout Mike. Leur comportement est honteux et mesquin. Reki passe son temps à surveiller les animateurs, à analyser et fixer les femmes dont ma fiancée, ce qui est totalement inacceptable. De plus, il ne danse qu’avec des jeunes et laisse les « stagiaires » s’occuper des personnes âgées, ce qui est profondément irrespectueux. Mike, quant à lui, ne fait rien de constructif, mis à part forcer les ventes, et insulter ouvertement les clients de « grosse » « qui va exploser » pendant les cours de cuisine. Nous étions outrés d’entendre qu’il essayait de vendre son écharpe de renard (avec pattes pendantes 400€ à une cliente de l’hôtel). Ces deux « chefs » sont incompétents et se comportent comme des commerciaux opportunistes, totalement déconnectés du rôle d’animateur. Cela ne respecte pas les clients. Heureusement que Mimo, Nina, Louis et Salma sont professionnels, bienveillants et réellement impliqués dans le bien-être des vacanciers.
