They are not responding online booked customers..They Treat like we are not giving the money, We are staying without paying money.. Whole team and answering method is totally worst.

My experience at this stay was quite disappointing. The staff had a strict, almost hostel-warden-like attitude, making the stay feel unwelcoming rather than hospitable. Given the way the hotel is presented, I expected decent rooms, but to my surprise, they were far from good.
The washrooms were not well-maintained, and the rooms felt extremely suffocating at night, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. If you're considering a stay here, especially in a non-AC room, I strongly recommend looking for another hotel. Non-AC rooms are unbearable, and the overall experience is not worth the price. Please avoid this place if you value comfort and good service.

Book-er double ac room two single beds were put on a cot with dirty bedspread. Requested for change of bedsheet they said they don't have any. Blankets in a ac room were thinking and old n messy and a single blanket was provided on request for second one that was also not provided. Bathrooms and small n old, okiesh. Water bottles without labels and unselaed( dint dare to drink it. Major drawback no parking- will have to park in a narrow road
