Волшебное, сказочное, незабываемое место! На видео снимала каждый уголок этого места… настолько все продумано до мелочей… Для удобства путешественников имеется все необходимое и даже больше… эмоции переполняют … не хочется рассказывать в подробностях, так как впечатления взрослых от увиденного как в целом комплексе, так и в каждом домике -это еще один прекрасный момент , я восторгалась как ребенок ))) На утро завтрак в плетеном чемодане…. Мммм … спасибо хозяину за теплый прием и создание сказки ( в том числе и для взрослых) !!!

We chose this hotel after reading some reviews stating this is a unique stay (Hobbit home). However though the design and feeling is a bit different with round doors and family rooms with upper beds the stay was just fine and did not feel worth the price. The restaurant did not have vegetarian options for dinner though menu had some cuisines we were told that they are not available at the moment. We had asked the person who accepted our booking prior to confirming the room about vegetarian food and were provided the menu then which was fine. A cat was always ready by the door to enter the room. The family room with upper bed is a bit uncomfortable as people sleeping below might hit their head if not careful. However the rooms and bathrooms are clean and q roadside parking is also available. The breakfast was a bit of disappointment. It starts only after 9 am and the staff seemed to be very stressed and unhappy to serve the guests.

The hill side home was cute and we watched “Lord of the rings” as it resembled it. It was nice and really was cozy as its name! By my 7 year old daughter. The details were really amazing, and we loved how the area was really well-kept, including the grass on the root to make the place look like a real hobbit hole.

Fun place to stay with kids, especially if they like Lord of the Rings. As well as the novelty factor, the house we stayed in was clean, cosy and comfortable. The staff were also. very helpful. Only downside was probably the location - a bit out of town (approx one hour walk so we went by car) and also on quite a busy road so there is traffic noise.
