Hôtel pas la hauteur de ses 4 étoiles, malgré qu’il soit bien situé et que la chambre était propre il y a des choses qui ne passent pas. Entre l’arrivée à partir de 16 h (pour moi, c’est trop tard.), pas de place de parking pour les clients, il faut soit se garer plus loin ou payer le parking payant en face de l’hôtel pour la nuit qui n’est pas donné et surtout les « BRUITS » très tôt le matin les bruits de claquements de portes dans le couloir + le bruit de passage des gens et le bruit des agents pour le ménage ce n'est vraiment pas possible !!

Pas à la hauteur d un 4 étoiles. Nous arrivons avec.mon fils a 23 h 30 et la chambre que j ai réservée n a pas les lits jumeaux requis. Obligés de demander une 2 ème.chambre pour la 1ere nuit. Une 3eme chambre nous est donnée le lendemain matin. On nous fait payer les 3 chambres avec une micro remise. La direction ne répond pas à mon mail de réclamation.

Pour la chambre confort vue mer … chambre 311 … s’il vous plaît changez cette cuvette wc hauteur enfant et pas de barre pour aider à se relever!! Pensez aux gens âgés, grands, gros , voir avec un handicap..
baignoire au contraire bien trop haute à enjamber et nous sommes grands !! Les petits prenez une échelle!!
Tout cela pas acceptable ds un 4 étoiles !!
