Durante il trasferimento dall'aeroporto al Villaggio già si era capito che la nostra vacanza/viaggio di nozze sarebbe stata una avventura fantastica. Sul pullman, durante il tragitto verso la struttura, il Sig. Faed ci ha spiegato e raccontato quel posto meraviglioso che è Nosy Be e tutto quello che avremmo potuto fare durante le escursioni. Al nostro arrivo in struttura abbiamo trovato un'accoglienza fatta di danze tipiche, un ottimo aperitivo e tutto il personale pronto ad accoglierci nel migliore dei modi. Il villaggio nel complesso è contenuto ma spettacolare sotto ogni punto di vista, il cibo è ottimo e sempre diverso, i dolci poi non ne parliamo. Consiglio vivamente questo posto a chiunque abbia in programma un viaggio a Nosy Be e con l'occasione vorrei ringraziare di cuore il Direttore del Palm Beach il Sig. Marcello per la sua disponibilità e la sua gentilezza, la Sig.ra Manuela (responsabile Veratour) per aver gestito sempre nel migliore dei modi tutta la nostra permanenza,dall'arrivo fino alla partenza, un ringraziamento a tutti ma proprio tutti gli addetti alle escursioni per la loro gentilezza e per la loro professionalità, a tutto il personale di sala, delle Pulizie e della reception per la loro pazienza e per quei splendidi sorrisi che ci hanno regalato per tutto il nostro soggiorno, un grazie speciale a tutti gli animatori e soprattutto ad Antonio, persona simpatica che ha saputo coinvolgerci senza mai essere invadente. Let’s talk about things need improvement. 1.mid night to 2am there’s construction knocking on going in restaurant which is right beside my room. I heard it loud and clear i just didn’t dare to believe this is what happened in a high end hotel. It’s common sense not to make noises during night time any level hotel. in the end i ran out 2am to restaurant to order them stop make noises at this hr. so they stopped. 2.then again 6am gardener is walking around besides my room several times. I can hear very clearly he is walking around and watering. Is that necessary to do gardening so early when ppl still try sleeping? really needs to train their employees to v some basic knowledge what not to do.
