Room service is poor, saturday hotel restaurant is closed every week, room television not working after complaining there is no response from hotel side. Parking is very big issue with this hotel. I never suggest any one to stay there.

Terrible experience we had. No room freshner. Blanket and pillows were without cover. No tea kit, kettles, glass. When power cut, they did not not run the generator/ inverter. Even they did not provide the water bottle as a complimentary services for a 3 star hotel. One of the worst breakfast ever have.

I stayed here for 3 nights. I booked executive deluxe room. The bedsheet was not clean. There was stain on bedsheet and towel. Tv set was not working. Mosquito was there in room with no mosquito repellent. Felt some issue with hot water. On saturday night kitchen was closed. Problem in parking

The rooms were clean and well-furnished fitted with tables, chair, fan, AC, charge points, etc. The bathroom was clean too with supply of both hot and cold water. The hotel as well as the surroundings were quiet, peaceful and calm. However, I would suggest that customers should be provided with at least one bottle of water complimentary.

The sg international hotel gave me the worst room available to them. The fan was not working.

Hotel was clean. Rooms were a bit small. Washroom was clean. Location is also good. Staffs were friendly.
