We stayed at this hotel for 15 days. This hotel has two buildings, tower and residence. The tower is located near the circle, so it is noisy all the time. But the residence is located 5-minute drive from the circle, so it is quiet. We stayed at the residence. The staff were so kind, and attentive. Especially, our room #404's housekeeper named Nagrul was friendly and dilligent. So, we enjoyed staying there for 15 days. Definetelly, we will be back to this hotel in the future.
Very clean hotel and the service was great! Everyone spoke good english and was very courteous even the security guards that opened the door for you. I had an issue with my bed and they promptly fixed it. Location is alright. It's right in Dhaka, but due to how the roads are built, when traveling by car, you have to make a big loop to get to the building. They decided to clean the water tanks mid day, so the water was orange for several hours. They told us to run the water for 15 minutes after but it was still yellow tinge and the remainder of the stay.
Design of the shower is awful. No hooks nearby. You have to walk across the bathroom to get the towels and no where to hang them. The showerhead is attached about 4 feet high so it shoots at your chest or you can use the rainfall shower head where it pours directly down.
Breakfast was mediocre. Selection was ok, taste was ok, but it was not fresh and the good items were not refilled frequently enough.
I booked 2 nights through Trip.com, but when I checked in, the hotel said they hadn’t received any information and asked me to pay again. I was shocked — I’ve travelled worldwide and never faced this before. Trip.com confirmed they had informed the hotel at the time of booking. It seems the front desk staff, or even the manager, lacked knowledge about checking online bookings. Very unprofessional!

Excellent clean hotel. Good breakfast including elements of Asian cuisine. I think the prices for the cafe are too high, because there are more budget-friendly cafes nearby, but not inferior in quality of services.
The variety of the breakfast is good and tasty to start for the day. It is suggested that TV program in the restaurant should be English news broad casting, like BBC, instead of sports
due to my personal interest. The view from my room is not so superb.
Advantages: The room layout of the penthouse suite is good, the balcony is large and connected to the bedroom and bathroom, the scenery is clean and refreshing, you can be quiet and dazed in the noisy Bangladesh. The TV can be used to watch YouTube and airplay, which is suitable for falling asleep at night. The breakfast is delicious, some dishes are changed every day, and the quality of desserts and fruits is also good. If you go late, the chef can help to make them, which is the most satisfactory place. The shower water flow is strong and the wind power of the constant temperature hair dryer is also strong.
Disadvantages: The lobby area is small, and there is a machine sound in the room from time to time, similar to a generator? The sound insulation is average, and you can hear it when the door next door is closed.
I had a truly wonderful experience at Renaissance Dhaka Gulshan Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. A special thanks to Mr. Salman, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was smooth and enjoyable—his professionalism and warmth really stood out. I’d also like to appreciate the intern, Atiq (I believe that's his name), for his helpful attitude and eagerness to assist at all times. The facilities, food, and overall ambiance of the hotel were top-notch. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Dhaka!
It's a good hotel but they were making renovation during the day it was loud and gave me headache they give me another room but that didn't help. .i needed to do some work and calls it was impossible. But the staff and manager were very friendly . I suggest if you want not to disappoint your guests shut down the place for a couple of days and make the renovation 24/7 till it's finished .than you avoid angry guests who stay away next time. Because they pay top price for uncomfortable stay in pearl hotel .
It's okay. The breakfast is delicious and the health condition is OK. Compared with domestic hotels of the same price range, the price/performance ratio is pretty good. After all, it's still an underdeveloped area.
I had a wonderful stay at Sarina Hotel. The location is ok The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making my first impression of the hotel truly positive. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, and roomy. The room service was excellent, and I always had my dinner there. The food was really delicious and great value for money, and the service was attentive and efficient. The room itself was well-equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay and hope to return in the future. I highly recommend Sarina Hotel to others.

Outstanding
GGuest User24-hour front desk. I arrived at 12:00 in the evening and there was a guy waiting for me.
The location is very cost-effective and there is a large supermarket opposite.
I stayed in the lowest priced single room, which had a toilet and bathroom next door, which was very convenient.
The owner is independent and rents out the extra rooms, so hygiene is guaranteed. At the same time, the boss is very gentle and generous, and will take the initiative to provide you with convenience.
NNailiangzuosiThe Six Seasons Hotel Dhaka was an average experience overall. While the hotel's location is good, the interior is cramped and the facilities are aging, making it barely up to par. Regarding dining, the lunch was expensive and mediocre, lacking any special features. The breakfast selection was limited and lacked flavor, so much so that even a breakfast lover like me left without even taking a few bites. However, the hotel's safety rating was acceptable. Due to a last-minute, same-day booking, the room rate was a whopping 800 RMB per night. Considering the environment, facilities, and food, it wasn't a good value at all. The quality didn't match the price.
GGuest UserStaff are lovely and friendly. Everything in the room worked, the traffic noise was loud on the 4th floor. Overall it was an average 3* hotel but personally I don’t think that was reflected in the price - especially considering breakfast is fairly poor and many things were not available (it seems there was low occupancy during my stay). Overall, overpriced but generally fine for a short stay. Great staff.
DDR AZRASuite stay was comfortable, but fell short of expectations for the price. Appreciated the inclusion of a bathtub, but overall room features felt rather basic for a premium category. On a positive note, it was nice that the team accommodated our request for breakfast timing—though it’s based on request, not standard. A few thoughtful upgrades could make the experience more aligned with the price.
GGuest UserThe hotel itself is relatively new and clean.
However, unlike GULSHAN, the location of the hotel feels a bit dirty. This time we ate inside the hotel so it wasn't a problem, but since it's located on a back street, the area around the hotel was very dirty.
The hotel staff at the restaurant and front desk were all very friendly.
YYoungSooI booked a 4-night, 5-day business trip for a business meeting. It is located in the center of Dhaka, Banani, so it is easy to travel to Gulchang or other areas. The price is cheap and the facilities are clean, so I was able to stay comfortably for 4 nights and 5 days. The yogurt served for breakfast was Bangladeshi traditional yogurt (served in a traditional earthenware pot), so it was delicious and good.
GGuest UserThe quality of the accommodation was reasonable and the cost was low. The photos on the online booking site looked clean but not really good. No way because the cost was low. Regarding the wifi connection, I was able to connect smoothly.
