Excellent service in all aspects. However, gym equipment were a little old and some are not functioning efficiently. Location is ideal.

I've asked Airport pick up service. But no one had come when I arrived.
The break fast restaurant staff was napping when I went there.
That was cheap stay and poor service.

I mainly come to this hotel everytime I am in Dhaka, because the service is great, La Villa restaurant has a lovely view of the entire city (you can see planes taking off from the airport) and most of all, the best dish in Bangladesh! CHICKEN CHILLI! The overall F&B quality has dropped since Mr Monir left but the Chicken Chilli dish is still in best item in all of Bangladesh!
