I stayed few days in the hotel and get the opportunity to try there service, i feel great and very comfortable with there hospitality. Warm welcome, delicious food, fantastic gym and swimming pool with a luxury room, its was nice package i get. Special thanks to mr goutam to make my stay very much comfortable. Thank Again to long beach management. Wanna to come back again and again.

It was exicelent stay in a nice hotel in the dhaka city, Beautiful room with balcony, nice roop top. Warm welcome by front people, had a great manager mr goutam who is care each and every guest make our stay wonderful, the person is really very much helpful. Will come back again. Thanks

We booked the suite on the 12th floor, the hallway & room was dirty, carpets beyond cleaning, Shower/ bathroom disgusting. We connected to the Wifi but could not get access to the internet. We requested to leave after 10 minutes in the room, staff said no refund would be possible. Do not book if you plan to work from here or expect a standard level of cleanliness. Staff unhelpful.

Being English and travelling to Bangladesh for the first time I didn’t know what to expect. This hotel is fabulous - I cannot fault it in anyway. Fabulous location, food and facilities. A special mention to the brilliant staff especially Maria. Good look Maria with your career. One thing of note - Bangladesh is an alcohol free country. Like the majority of hotels in Dhaka there is no bar at the hotel and a bar is very difficult to find even in Gulshan the most westernised part of Dhaka.

Location wise it’s ok . The sales Manager Mr. Zahid was a great help and so was the Duty manager Mr. Jamil both were extremely courteous and helpful. Especially Mr. Yousuf Jamil Shaon did his best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. A great duty manager in deed . The F& B service is horrible. While talking to FB manager he got a call from his management and on the middle of conversation he just left very rude in deed , here the attending the guests are not a priority at least to the F& B Mabager Mr. GoutamBrahma. So is the F& B service . The bathroom room drain couldn’t clear the shower water and the water was all over the washroom . Maintenance needs attention. Carpets are old and had stains . Air cooler worked fine , beds were comfortable. Basic amenities were there in the room . To be honest it’s ok to be a 3.5 star hotel at best , compared to the service and standard.

I have stayed at dozen of hotels in BD. This was on of the best stays experiences ever. Front Office Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Very good Manner Mr.Goutam and Mr. Jamil was so co-oprative on personal level.The next best part was the fantastic Buffet dinner and excellent service at the Health Club.
