Very good service and room service foods are expensive but quality of the foods were excellent. We didn't mind to pay extra for good food.

dirty bed. Looks like bedsheets and pillows were never washed. The were discolored and had a lot of hairs. Bad smell from bed, room, and bathroom. Bathroom towels were extremely dirty and discolored. Commode ring was broken that punched my skin. Never saw such a dirty hotel in my life. I got mislead by the review score in Orbitz. I could not sleep at all due to bad smell, dirty bed, and mosquitos. Orbitz should not list any such hotel.. I was fully frustrated.

-It has a lovely location and provides a decent breakfast.
-The staff was excellent!

-The room had cleanliness issues. The bedsheets and towels were dirty!
