入住體驗感極差！！！房間沒有暖氣，空調製熱也不管用！！！一晚凍得難以入睡，第二天直接發燒了！！！嚴重影響了第二天的行程！！！不僅身體上疲憊不堪，心情也變得很差。我希望酒店能夠重視該問題，同時加強對房間衞生和設施的檢查維護，提高工作人員的服務意識。
