感謝德州美麗華大酒店的信函：
首先此次住店體驗感很好，酒店是温泉水，水質好。酒店的早餐豐盛，品種較多，味道好，沒有想到，早餐還有德州著名的名吃德州扒雞，德州一中的火腿，真是待客厚道，酒店能夠把地方名吃放在早上的自助餐中，確實考慮周到，很是細心，此舉、此心其它地方鮮有，點贊。
其次是在辦理退房後，在酒店的院子裏拍照美景，行李箱放在酒店大廳門口沒有裝車就出發啦，途中接到前台客服電話才知道。有勞酒店的多位工作人員不辭辛勞仔細核對找到我們並及時辦理了快遞業務，在此對酒店的高水平管理、踏踏實實待客的敬業精神表示真摯的感謝、致敬。
此次實實在在的在日常生活中感受到齊魯大地禮儀文化之厚重，孔孟之鄉、君子之鄉、令人敬仰，薪火相傳、源遠流長。我們應虛心學習。

服務很差，連一個快捷酒店的服務品質都比不上。設施老舊也就算了，房間給了三瓶礦泉水喝完了，打電話給服務枱，加三瓶，被告知要三元一瓶。一個沒牌的礦泉水。我住任何一家酒店也沒聽説過加瓶礦泉水還收費的，真是佩服。標個四星，就這格局……無語
