I recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. From the smooth check-in process to thoughtful recommendations about the local area, their hospitality truly made me feel welcome.
The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities provided. Housekeeping was consistent and attentive throughout my stay. The location is also very convenient, close to restaurants, attractions, and public transport.

講一下優點:酒店新開的，房間一打開特別新，看着也讓人感到舒服，位置也挺好找的，整體來説衞生也挺乾淨的。講一下不足:床睡着特別硬，是真的我睡過最硬的床，就是睡得全身痠痛，廁所有下水道味道，管道排氣不太好。雖然有窗户但是窗户開不了，整個房間特別悶。

前台服務員非常熱情，房間乾淨衞生，寬敞明亮，設施很新，最讓人滿意的是早餐廳服務非常周到，接待很熱情，還有煮麪的阿姨非常熱情，但是服務最多衹給兩分，原因是保安勢利眼，出停車場攔着我的車，居然讓那個寶馬x7先走，而且是我先到的，讓人很氣憤！好心情讓這個保安影響到了

酒店據説是今年新開業的，房間大小與描述相符，且乾濕分離，使用方便，在高樓層不吵，全部是智能控制；今天必須表揚一下前台的小張和小許兩位美女，在錄入車牌號的時候，我們無意中説到車較大且高，小許及時提醒恐無法停到地下的升降車位，小張馬上冒着大風跑到外面幫忙找車位，還真找到一個大些的，非常感謝！車場的兩位大叔也一直幫忙協調，還告知我們去哪裡買扒雞比較正規，哈哈哈哈，特別開心！感受到他們滿滿的暖意，下次再來德州，必須還住這裏！

2、全屋智能控制，連窗都可以自動開啟。
3、衞生乾濕分離，洗澡熱水足。
4、附近有當地名餐館，吃飯方便。
5、離主要景點都不遠。

路過德州住一晚，這酒店地理位置還不錯但是剛好碰到樓下在修路，地面有停車地下車庫也有幾個車位，前台服務非常好，處理問題迅速應變能力強，衞生也挺好，酒店房間在19-20層電梯挺多但跟整棟樓共用，洗衣房在21層要走樓梯上這點比較麻煩，其他都挺好

酒店位於一棟寫字樓裏面，和寫字樓共用一個大堂和電梯，所以外部環境一般。到了酒店樓層情況大為不同，樓道乾淨整潔，房間非常新，裝修精緻，床很舒適。酒店早餐也很好，自助洗衣也方便。
