住過很多次了.要求要三張房卡不過分。高檔型酒店管理三張房卡以上都是可以接受的！並且付款按金。前幾天入住和往常一樣要三張房卡被拒，説的酒店規定！哪我前面經常都要的三張房卡！有一次按金沒付成功，也要的三張，退房少給一張下午也不回來了！（重點是高檔型酒店😅）

每次來羅江都會入住的酒店 不僅前台接待熱情周到 樓層服務員態度積極友好 還主動提出幫助 上次由於房間門不能反鎖 給樓層服務員説了 找了工程部來看 後來還是樓層服務員幫我去換了房間 免得我再去前台換卡 這一點值得點贊

千萬別訂這家酒店，簡直糟糕透頂。
1. 到店才説酒店的所有雅緻大床房都是頭尾房，問為什麼不在定房頁面提前標註，前台竟説"現在辦入住時告知就是提前"，説衹有高級大床房不是頭尾房。
2. 凌晨三點我們説取消重訂，前台先説不能操作，結果發現取消申請最終還是要他們確認，可以説純屬故意刁難顧客。
3. 重新改定了高級大床房，在樓下再三當面確認過不要頭尾房和電梯房，結果三間房裡：1間頭尾房，1間正對電梯。
4. 最氣人的來了！朋友半夜臨時訂的雅緻大床房房型，居然直接分配的就是正常房間而不是頭尾房，實錘前台一開始就在騙我們！
從陰陽怪氣的態度到睜眼説瞎話，花錢找氣受的典範。大家千萬別去花錢買罪受！
