We recently visited Dwarka and stayed at the Fern, and from the moment we entered the property to the time we checked out, it was nothing short of a wonderful experience. The smiling face of the first person at the main entrance gives all the positive vibes, front office team was exceptional, especially Chandrani. Her warm welcome made an instant impression, and her genuine care and attentiveness stayed with me throughout my stay. She truly excels at anticipating guest needs thank you, Chandrani, for making it feel like home. The food was delicious kudos to the chef and the entire F&B team! I wish I remembered everyone's names, but each one contributed to the great experience. The housekeeping team deserves appreciation too everything was spotless, and the attention to detail was commendable. I spent time at the pool, and I must say, the water was crystal clear perfectly maintained. I also visited the spa and had a massage after developing some discomfort. It turned out to be incredibly relaxing and therapeutic. The spa team did a fantastic job. Our room was beautiful, with a lovely view that added to the charm of our stay. The entire property radiates positivity from the soothing breeze in the mornings to the peaceful and soulful evening aarti held on the premises. Fern truly captures the spirit of Dwarka. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. I would love to return again and again to relive the peace and warmth I found here.
