The hotel is very clean and the staff is very professional and helpful. The rooms are spacious. The entire hotel is well maintained. The free breakfast is a great start to your day with a delicious variety of foods and beverages. Only place I’d stay in Destin.

Spent a few nights here and was somewhat surprised. I found the hotel to be reasonably priced in the Destin market, something hard to find. The hotel was clean, quiet, comfortable. While there was some worn items needing replacement or updating but was very minor. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The only real disappointment was the breakfast. Not expecting much but that was even to much. The cheese omelet was made with some cheese i can only describe as bad. The sausage patties very over cooked to the point of being leather like. The worker tending the breakfast was more concerned replacing napkins then the food, the milk had run out along with some other food items. Ok not a deal breaker but just beware or make plans to eat breakfast elsewhere. Yes I would stay here again.

The staff was excellent. The bed was terrible it hurt by back and felt like there was a hole in the center of the bed. Hotel was clean.

We did not have a good check in. The front desk was rude during the process.
The room was in poor condition. Floors were not clean and the toilet was not stable. Chair should have been removed years ago.
Breakfast was good , but very few places to sit.

Liked breakfast. Floor on 3rd floor feels like you going to fall through it and the room doors dont close properly. Was a 1/2 gap to see into the hallway. Hot water was shut off in the bathroom sink because it leaked so badly. Room was only cleaned one time in four days.

The hotel staff was very friendly. We were checked-in by Jackie and Joanna and they both exhibited excellent customer service skills. We stayed in room 306. Upon entering the room, we noticed a soft spot in the floor. Several bathroom tiles were cracked and broken and moved beneath your feet when walked on. The bathroom needs a good cleaning and needs new caulk where the tub meets the floor. Please clean where the sink meets the countertop as well. TV is small compared to most other hotels. Other than that it was okay.
