This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The staff were incredibly rude and completely ignored our concerns. They don’t listen to their guests, and they clearly don’t care. We paid a lot of money for a room that didn’t match the description — no sea view, no pool view, just a fence and pavement. Total false advertising. The room was not safe — the balcony door wouldn’t close properly, which was a serious concern since we had a child with us. When we brought it up, they brushed it off. To make things worse, they even refused to store our luggage while we waited for our room (which was hours late). They claimed there was no space — but right in front of us, the concierge staff member said he actually did have room to keep it. The front desk staff literally gave him a look like they didn’t want him to say that. That tells you everything about how this place operates — dishonest and unprofessional. Customer service here is awful. You pay for what you think will be a nice, relaxing vacation, and instead you get stress, attitude, and zero accountability. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Don’t waste your money or your time.
