Upstairs in the master bedroom you have a king bed with private bath and the guest bedroom has two double beds with a private bath. Both bedrooms and living room all have Flat Screen TV's and there is a DVD player in the living room and master bedroom. This townhome is all tiled downstairs and all new flooring upstairs. This Townhome sits next to the Clubhouse and pool area with a short walk through the parking area to the beach. You can't beat this location!
