Location. Location. Location.
We spent the last week of August 2023 here. This was just the perfect getaway. Any closer and we would have been in the ocean. The owners checked in with us several time during the week to make sure everything was going ok. There was a facility/maint man who we often saw onsite. He entertained all of our out of towner questions. Hurricane Idalia made landfall during our stay. 100% ready to go back. The condo was cozy.

Great stay Aug 2024
Beautiful stay, water was almost Caribbean. Hosts maintained good communication. Condo was clean with adequate pots/pans, plates, etc. for the 4 of us.
A few things we noticed that didn’t limit our stay:
-On arrival the front desk almost didn’t give us a parking permit and said the host took care of that
-Mattress in main bedroom is very soft, like a waterbed and wasn’t comfortable for us specifically
-Dishwasher needs mounted to the wall
-Bedroom furniture in twin bed bedroom was very difficult to open and close but manageable
We had a wonderful stay. Thank you for the hospitality.

Fantastic first stay in Destin!
We chose well! This spacious and clean condo has everything you need for a family beach vacation. Well appointed kitchen, washer/dryer, large balcony overlooking the ocean, very comfortable beds, cold A/C and close proximity to restaurants and shopping etc. We really enjoyed our stay and were sad to leave!

Great condo on the beach!!
I have no complaints about the condo. It wasn't crowded at all like some of the other condos in the area. Very clean and the staff was amazing. Tony was a great host and checked in to make sure we didn't need anything. Will stay again.

The best place we've had yet
This is our third trip to Destin as a family. We've previously stayed at Sterling Shores and Majestic Sun. This was the best place we've stayed at yet. Honestly, all the condos are very similar in age, function, and floorplan. This one most definitely had the most comfortable mattresses and couch than the others. Which is important on a leisurely vacation. This condo also included beach service of the umbrella and chairs which no condo we've been to before had that. The building itself offers actual grocery carts in addition to luggage carts which was great. I've never seen that before. The first thing we always do is go get our groceries for the week and that made it extremely convenient to bring our food up to the condo. There was more than enough parking. Very close to everything in Destin. It was difficult turning out of the condo property on to the main road but only because of the traffic which isn't the owners fault obviously. There were a couple signs of age in the condo such as the pantry door coming off the track or the hook in the bathroom was about to fall out of the wall but I'm not there for hooks and doors. I'm there for the view, the beach access, and a comfortable place to rest my head and all of those things were absolutely perfect. The owner reached out more than enough times to make sure everything was ok and offer any help if needed. No owner before has communicated that well before. Overall it was an extremely great visit and I would return again.

MILLION DOLLAR VIEWS!!!
We had an absolutely fantastic view of the gulf and emerald coast. With the windows closed, you could still hear the waves crashing which lulled us to sleep each night. The sunsets were spectacular.
All the restaurants were a mile or two away along with a fantastic Publix.
We are on the picky side but found the condo to be extremely well stocked and the bed was super comfortable!
The hosts communication was stellar and it was all around a beautiful stay. We’ve been using VRBO for years and hope to be back!

Relaxing with a great view

Excellent stay at the beach
We had an excellent stay at the Emerald Towers!. The condo was just as it appeared online. The view was great. The access to the beach was wonderful. The availability of the beach chairs and umbrella was a bonus!. We wish we could have stayed longer. The property owner checked in on us to ensure all was well with out stay. The personal touch was nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location and view
The condo location is amazing and the view of the ocean is just perfect! We loved having our morning coffee on the balcony as we planned our days! The proxmity to HarborWalk Village was key for us. We love beach service and purchased a second set-up for our adult children. The weather was perfect (not one drop of rain for the week!). We highly recommned Charter Boat Stelluna for any charter fishing! We caught 11 species including TWO sharks! The condo was roomy and accommodated us well. Tony was super responsive to any of our needs! There were beach toys and two beach chairs for our use outside of beach service set-up which was nice. We HIGHLY recommended a dehumidifier as the condo was damp. However, there was a full week of rain right before we arrived which may have contributed. The elevators were nice and fast and there are shopping carts and luggage carts for use. Ease of entry to the beach with a boardwalk and showers. The pool looked great, but we didn't use it. I would stay here again and recommended you stay here as well!
