It's nice It's by the beach, except they don't have much else. Crazy prices and plus, they acupy the entire beach! Lots of private tents that nobody even uses them, leaving other visitors on the short slack of public beach. Unheard of. U guys SUCK!!!!

The room was fine. Decent. Neither great nor bad. However, the overreaching rules were beyond compare- from any vacation destination I’ve ever been to. Don’t go here if you want to relax and enjoy a vacation. At this complex, they have no concern for treating you like a customer. You are at their command and they bully you with threats. The number of rules they throw at you is ridiculous. You will be able to relax more if you stay home. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Don’t waste your money. Our condo was absolutely filthy!! Our sons knees are black from crawling across the floor. No router for WiFi , mildew and stained furniture, unfinished walls, microwave with no handles, no batteries in smoke detectors. WILL NEVER STAY AGAIN

Unit 401 Crystal Dunes is the only rental unit I’ve ever rented in the last 10 yrs that does NOT include beach service! This is not a cheap unit. This is not a “budget” unit! This is either poor management or greedy owners! Owners get a discounted rated when they reserve beach service for their unit for the season. Instead I’m having to pay an extra $300 (on top of the $6,000 I’ve already paid for the week) for something that every other unit includes! Save yourself the headache and choose a different unit!
