Bruyant, mauvaise isolation entre les chambres mais aussi avec l’extérieur. Le store de la chambre ne ferme pas sur le salon on a la lumière extérieure toute la nuit. Produits de nettoyage toxique pulverisé dans les chambres. Produits surgelés au restaurant

Nous avons séjourné au Tropicana Suites à Deshaies et nous sommes absolument ravis de notre expérience. L’hébergement est d’une grande qualité, avec des logements spacieux, confortables et décorés avec goût. Tout est parfaitement entretenu, on s’y sent tout de suite bien. Côté service, c’est tout aussi impeccable. L’accueil est chaleureux, bienveillant, et l’équipe est toujours disponible pour répondre aux besoins ou donner de précieux conseils sur la région. Un vrai petit coin de paradis que nous recommandons les yeux fermés. Merci au Tropicana Suites pour cette parenthèse idyllique, nous reviendrons avec plaisir

L'hôtel était magnifique j'ai passé un très bon séjour, Aurelia la réceptionniste était très sympathique et Wassim le serveur du Jungle Bar était incroyable avec un très beau sourire. La piscine est super grande et très propre. Je recommande largement.

Manque de réactivité pour fournir de l'eau chaude dans notre chambre pendant 8 jours...que de l'eau froide . Après un long voyage ,un petit verre de bienvenue serait apprécié, plutôt qu'une réception fermée à 18h et aucun accueil . Nous avions réservé un hôtel( mentionné par ecrit sur nos documents) et à l'arrivée,Tropicana est une résidence hôtelière. Donc aucun service de ménage, une salle de bain mal équipée ( mini savon seulement) . Pour la cuisine un minimum pourrait être prevu( sel poivre huile)et surtout une prise pour brancher les appareils ( bouilloire...) sans être obligé de tirer le frigo . Nous voyageons beaucoup et..surprise ..devoir payer ( sans remboursement) les serviettes de plage 20 € la serviette! Voiture indispensable ,aucun commerce ni restaurant autour . La base nautique est celle de l'hôtel voisin ,accessible mais très chère. Le personnel est très gentil et souriant

Les bungalows sont confortables et climatisés cependant la sdb reste rudimentaire et très mal agencee. La nourriture est bonne mais le service catastrophique plus d une 1h d attente pour avoir les plats. Le personnel de nettoyage est très gentil. Et kevin le manager est irréprochable, à l écoute aux petits soins et très sympathique.

Cette résidence est juste parfaite, le restaurant the jungle ouvert tout les jours était un. vrai plus pour nous. L'immense piscine nous à aussi ravis Je recommande à 1000% Nous avions un appartement à l'étage avec une grande terrasse et un hamac parfait pour les siestes .

Personnel, très volontaire et très serviable mais débordé, notamment en cuisine . L’atout principal de ce logement, reste la piscine. Attention, cet établissement n’est pas au bord de la plage et il y a une station dépuration à proximité. Plus un 3* qu’un 4*
