We arrived, weary from a 10 hour drive and had to wait 8-10 minutes for a front desk person to show. Even after having to holler, "is anyone here?" When he did, David, could not have made us felt more unwelcome and putting him out than I have ever experienced. Rude, reticent to answer basic questions, sorry David, you are among the dung-heap of customer service I have experienced in my 40+ years in the industry, of which I am a part of. Needless to say, he set the tone for a downer experience. Cleanliness was great as far as the room, but David set the the scene for a filthy experience overall.
