Apart from the rude awakening of the fire alarm going off at 6.45am everything was excellent, comfortable, clean and in a good location for amenities.

Perfect for staying overnight after watching Sarah Millican at Derby Arena. Less than a 10 min walk. So relieved we stayed there after seeing the traffic queues to and from the arena.
2 min walk to Frankie & Benny’s for food. Excellent friendly service from everyone we met on reception. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Lovely and clean and modern. Decent price for rooms and parking. Would definitely recommend it.

Great location hotel itself is dated and I need of a refurb. Great service from Anthony he was courteous helpful and went above and beyond. The food prepared and served by Tanya was served hot, well presented and tasty. I would definitely stay there again.

very pleasant helpful staff, breakfast was lovely and plentiful. Rooms were spot on. Alternative places for evening food and drinks are close by. For reference though this hotel is right next door to Derby County football ground. We had no issues regarding this as there must have been an away game that day

Nicely refurbed hotel, rooms were nice and large. Breakfast however was disappointing, slow replenishment of items on the buffet.

Great atmosphere in bar. Came with friends for football. Good location friendly staff and clean rooms Highly recommend especially for drinks before and after the match. Parking was ideal as directly opposite the stadium Highly recommended
