Room is small. Furniture is a bit old. Most people take kids to their two amusement parks. For this much money, better stay in a better room in another hotel and come here to buy amusement park tickets.

This resort was the perfect getaway for my family. Surrounded by beautiful mountains, bamboo forests, rivers, and tea plantations, it was the picture of serenity and calm. A perfect family resort with great facilities and play areas for my son and relaxing seated areas for adults to relax whilst the kids enjoy themselves. The staff here is super friendly and helpful and the food and bbq areas are great. Look forward to visiting again in the future.

After comparing many houses, Mo Fan was finally selected. Mainly fancy its location, view and Loft family room. Let me talk about the advantages first: the location is good, it is very quiet in the innermost part, and it is backed by the bamboo forest. You can see the mountain view from the balcony. The top floor platform is amazing, we also saw the sunrise when the weather was good. The parking lot is very close to the homestay. Disadvantages: The room price is 2000 per night on weekends. Compared with other homestays I have stayed in, the room facilities are relatively simple. It would be nice if the toiletries and hair dryer could be improved. The towels and pillowcases smelled bad. The room is poorly soundproofed. In addition, let me talk about what was not mentioned in other reviews, I hope it can help everyone. The door of the harmonious family room is on the upper floor of the hall, which is in the same space as the hall. The doors of other rooms are on the back of the mountain. That is to say, whenever we pass the stairs, our room will be disturbed by footsteps. And from time to time someone thinks this is a room or a public place and pulls our door. The people in the lobby were still chatting at 12 o'clock in the evening, so noisy that we couldn't sleep. It is recommended to choose the safe family room, which is on the far side, with a better view and the same price.

Good for taking beautiful photos for the social media but rather poor user experience. Aesthetics of this place are good, some corners are really charming. Still it is the comfort that we value the most in a hotel as well as the quality service and unfortunately they are not at the same level of the aesthetics. The room is huge but there is no sofa or chairs to sit and chat comfortably, just the two enormous heavy armchairs in the opposite corners of this long room. No mini bar/fridge, very poor lighting at the wash basin, impossible to do makeup. Zero privacy in the wc and shower since there are no actual doors there, just some short saloon style doors hanging in the middle, letting out the water from the shower and odors from the toilet. No hangers for the towels. No bathrobes provided which is strange for the hotel who’s main entertainment facility is the outdoor pool. At the outdoor pool there are very few deck chairs and no umbrellas at all. The communication was poor, mostly over wechat, since the staff speaks basically no English. We have asked twice, in advance, about the vegetarian option for breakfast and still they brought us meat in the breakfast set (only Chinese style food is available). Altogether the experience was rather disappointing. Glad to have booked just one night there. As for the surroundings, there is no access to the bamboo forest behind the hotel or across the road. And beware of the aggressive unleashed dogs in the village across the road if you decide to go for a stroll near the hotel.

If you are visiting Moganshan, I highly recommend [Zhishui. Designer Hot Spring B&B]! It is a perfect photo! The B&B is a pure white geometric building, with a private courtyard hot spring and a rooftop swimming pool! During this three-day and two-night trip, the parent-child room we stayed in was awesome! The children loved it, and the adults could easily rotate the slide, the large floor-to-ceiling windows, and the balcony to watch the sunset in the evening. The room was equipped with a Xiaomi TV and a Dyson hair dryer👍 The 6-grid breakfast is super healing, and lunch and dinner include one meal of your choice, bamboo shoots, dried braised pork, cumin potatoes, and black pork ribs soup; the afternoon tea is particularly exquisite, and I have to sigh that the B&B is so attentive! As the sun sets, the mountainside in the distance looks like a dyeing plate that has been overturned, which makes people intoxicated. Every second of the freeze frame is like a painting! Surrounding attractions: Yulingba Stream Tracing, only two or three kilometers away from the B&B address, breathe freely all the way and enjoy the green mountains! We meandered through the mountains covered with bamboo forests. At this moment, I wanted to live at the foot of the mountain and have my own jungle cabin~

Fantastic 2-night stay at the Naked Castle. Perfect for a short getaway from surrounding big cities. Beautiful views from the cliffside suite. I prefer the cliffside suite vs. the 5 different themed castle room due to the large open layout of the suite and better views of the mountain. Staffs are super nice and friendly. Buffet breakfast (next to the pool) is good and the restaurant at the castle is great! Not a huge amount of amenities but that's ok since the purpose of going there is to relax. Used half a day to check out the nearby Mo Gan Shan scenic areas. If you don't drive yourself, getting in and out with taxi requires a little bit of planning. Side of the property has two direct hiking trails to the nearby Mo Gan Shan scenic area (easy hike) and Yu Cun (very challenging). Pro tip: make sure to bring anti-mosquito/bugs bite lotion/cream and also anti-itch lotion. Special shout-out to Johnson, who really took care of us during our stay and the restaurant staff at the castle for their excellent service!

We have heard of naked stables for many, many years now and it was every bit as wonderful as our friends have said!! We hiked to breakfast each morning, loved the variety of free activities we could participate in, but mostly fell in love with the peacefulness in our bungalow. It was exactly what we needed to recharge our batteries. Also, the food was incredible. It was so fresh, the beef we had each night was really tender and flavorful, and the support staff in the restaurants made us feel like we were the only people there. We connected with both the general manager as well as the manager. Both gentlemen were kind and thoughtful, shared stories of life in Germany, Dubai, and China. We really appreciated that they were talking with guests and checking in to see how we were.

The chicken soup is very fresh, and you can taste that it is freshly killed and cooked; the yellow croaker is very tasty and the fish meat is particularly tender; bamboo shoots are a local specialty, and the green vegetables taste slightly sweet. The quality of the vegetables in the vegetable field is very high~ The two of us ate almost all of the 4 dishes, and a clean plate is the highest praise for food🫶 2. Facilities: The homestay has a private hot spring, which is very comfortable after soaking; there is also a stove in the homestay. In the winter, you can put your hands close to the stove. There are roasted sweet potatoes in the stove. There is a pot of tea on the small table around. It's really super happy 3. Service: The employees in the homestay are very enthusiastic; the housekeeper can be said to be responsive. He has been helping to take the luggage, pouring tea, delivering sweet potatoes, and introducing the precautions of Moganshan Scenic Area, etc. And because it was the off-season when we checked in, there happened to be no one, so we were upgraded for free 4. Room: There is not much to say about the room. It is clean and has everything it should have. The two chairs on the terrace are also very comfortable to sit in the sun Personally, I actually prefer to stay in a hotel. I originally wanted to stay in Naked Castle. It looks good in terms of ratings and facilities. So I stayed in this B&B with a try-it attitude, and the result was beyond my expectations. Thank you for the hospitality~

This is a very recommended homestay. The proprietress is very kind and down-to-earth. The environment of the homestay is also very good, the room is big, there is a big balcony, and you can see the Mogan Mountains from the outside, which is very good. The quality of bedding in the room is also good, and it feels like a five-star standard. The point is the pet-friendly hotel, you can bring your dog to play. Meals need to be reserved in advance, and the proprietress's cooking skills are good, similar to those in restaurants outside.
