Huge room! The dehumidifier and oxygen concentrators are useful for people coming from a low altitude. Many disposable oxygen nose tubes were provided! Underfloor heating was a nice additional touch. Staff was friendly and helped us to exchange money with WeChat. The restaurant had a magnificent view of the Meili Xueshan mountain range. Hotel is also located just up the road from the Meili Xueshan viewing platform. Breakfast was excellent (the fried rice was awesome!)

The location is perfect—close to major attractions and great restaurants. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options and constantly replenished. The overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, making it an ideal place to unwind. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless and enjoyable. The hotel is very conveniently located, with a subway station just outside the door, and it is very convenient to go to attractions and business districts. The front desk lady was very nice when checking in, and greeted us with a smile throughout the whole process. She also took the initiative to introduce nearby food guides, which was very considerate~ The room was very clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept very well at night. The bathroom was well separated into dry and wet areas, and there was plenty of hot water, so it was very refreshing to take a shower. The breakfast in the morning was quite rich, with both Chinese and Western styles, and the taste was also good. It was so satisfying to start the day with a full meal~ The price-performance ratio is really high. I will choose this hotel next time I come here, and I have recommended it to my friends!

It started off not too well. Our driver took us to a wrong hotel, a hotel which was grander, more beautiful and it faces the Meili Mountain! We were so disappointed when we found out that that was not the hotel we booked. Even though Deqin Zangshan Yunju Hotel is not facing the Meili Mountain, it does provide shuttle to the viewing platform. The lady driver was waiting for us to take us there before the sunrise. It was a good thing too, our own guide and driver failed to show up to take us there!!!! When one can only see the sunrise on Meili for 67 days out of 365 days a year, it came as no surprise that we did not see the sunrise due to cloud cover. All is not lost though since this hotel faces the Baima Mountain and we did catch a beautiful sunrise from the hotel. The 4th floor rooftop is perfect for that. We had the 270 degree room which offers a fantastic view, but the windows were not cleaned as well, so taking photos from the room was not as good. The breakfast was adequate. It would be nice if they could prepare a bit more. I am sure if I asked, they would make more for me though. No regrets staying at this great hotel. The hotel is located close to the Fellei temple.
