普通民宿，自帶院落。院中可遙望五冠峯，但有遮擋。
室內衞生狀況不錯，床單、被套洗的乾乾淨淨。但設施陳舊：衞生間撒花螺絲脱落，搖搖晃晃，電暖器上有若干污跡沒有擦洗，但並不影響使用。
入住時民宿衹有一位阿姨，兼作保潔員和廚師。早餐給孩子做了米線，口味一般，勝在量大。
總之，這個條件在雨崩下村對得起這個價格。住一晚，洗個熱水澡而已，不能奢望和山外面一樣。j

設施：設施使用正常和方便，沒有問題。
衞生：衞生非常不錯，乾淨整潔。
環境：有自己的小院子，視野不錯，看雪山很方便。
服務：服務非常熱情，對雨崩有什麼不想知道的都可以詢問，提出的一些小請求也能儘量滿足。
在下雨崩住這家挺不錯。

第一天住在上雨崩，由於第二天要去神瀑所以第二晚遠在下雨崩，除了便利其他還是上雨崩好，哈哈哈
