設施：齊全，電熱毯很暖和，就是沒有電梯，住四樓爬比較艱苦，行李可以寄存一樓
衞生：乾淨
環境：位置優越，離客運站走路十分鐘，樓下零食超市買東西便宜又齊全

酒店位於縣城中間位置，沒有獨立停車場，公共停車場距離酒店不遠，酒店給停車票不需要繳費，酒店各種設施比較一般，酒店有些舊，由於國慶期間價格還是算貴的，沒有電梯，服務態度一般

這家酒店處於德欽縣的中心地帶，距離飛來寺和梅里雪山不算遠，畢竟整個縣城也不大。
本來準備選擇飛來寺附近的酒店的，無奈評價參差不齊，外加性價比並不高，雖然景色確實不錯，但是總歸沒有室外的景色好吧，於是選擇了，這家性價比超高，周邊各種鋪子也是應有盡有，不用要求很多！

因為不確定當天能否到達德欽，沒有提前訂房，到了之後大部分旅館已經滿房，不得已花六百多訂了一間房，有地暖是最大優點。其餘沒法評價，可能從開業開始就沒打掃過衞生。

服務：下午突然沒網，我晚上需要看奧運會乒乓球決賽，那位女士是老闆吧，她幫我催了一下電信的人，她怕德欽的工作人員效率太低，她就帶着我在隔壁酒店開了一間房讓我如願的看到了奧運會，真的非常給力的老闆！

房間不錯！衞生乾淨！有地暖！性價比高！老闆娘人很好！要走樓梯！生意太好！晚上1.30有客人拚命敲門！在樓道聊天😅2.30左右和3點左右也有客人來，很多話説！
