When we arrived, the staff who received us were already waiting at the door. They were very enthusiastic and helped us with our luggage and heated up the room for us in advance. The environment and hygiene of the hotel were ok. The next day, as we had other itineraries, we hurriedly packed our luggage and left after watching the sunrise in the morning. When we arrived at the next destination, we found that our facial cleanser was left at the hotel. I contacted the housekeeper immediately, and she said that the cleaning lady did not see the facial cleanser when she was cleaning, and asked her to ask for me the next day. I waited until 11 o'clock in the morning and there was no reply, so I took the initiative to ask the housekeeper again. She said that the cleaning lady did not see it, which was very strange. I was very sure that it was left in the bathroom. There were only two possibilities. One possibility was that the cleaning lady saw it and thought that the facial cleanser was not a valuable item and the customer would not look for it. The other possibility was that the cleaning lady did not clean the bathroom at all and the next customer found it and took it away. Either of these two possibilities reflects the management loopholes of the hotel, and I hope it will be improved.

設施：房間很大，晚上9點後有供氧，有地暖、有浴霸，但地暖鋪的面積太小了，不夠温暖整個房間，因此房間偏冷加上高原的原因，血壓飆升。 衞生：不錯，基本乾淨整潔。 環境：正對梅里雪山的卡瓦博格峯，但那天煙霧繚繞有點不到很遺憾。留點念想下次再來。 服務：很好，熱情周到。

酒店軟性服務是很貼心的，管家團隊熱情有求必應，點贊。地理位置也不錯，不過隔壁樓裝修有點影響在房間內的觀山感，去到天台視野更佳。主要是房間硬件設施不太對得起這個房價，洗手枱是漏水的，房間黴味較重。有看到酒店價格波動也挺大的，似乎飛來寺其他同類規格的酒店溢價也都偏高。
