We requested an extra blanket but were refused, with the explanation that they had already supplied what was necessary. This was despite the hotel not being fully booked and having plenty of availability. They also incorrectly claimed it was against policy for three of us to stay in one room, even though we had actually booked two rooms (one with twin beds, one with a king). The room lighting was so poor that I had to use my phone's flashlight just to operate the kettle. Around 7 AM, I tried calling the front desk multiple times to inquire about the weather and whether we'd be able to see the 'Rizhao Jinshan' (Golden Mountain at sunrise), but no one picked up. What truly baffled me was the bizarre business philosophy proudly displayed at the front desk. The very next day, I received truly exceptional service at a different establishment. This was by far the most disappointing hotel experience during my entire 6-day stay in Shangri-La.

I stayed for one night on July 1st, and right away, I knew I had to recommend this hidden gem to everyone. The fact that I'm still thinking about it and writing this review after all this time really speaks volumes about how wonderful and value-for-money this hotel is to me. First, the room was exceptionally clean and very spacious. Second, the owner was incredibly kind. My friend and I visited when it wasn't busy, and upon realizing we were students, she not only generously upgraded our room but also gave us a discount on the price. A huge thank you to her for her wonderful hospitality!

First and foremost, I have to praise the cleanliness: the room was spotless, and the bedding was incredibly high-quality, even mysophobes said they felt incredibly reassured. ✨ The room amenities exceeded our expectations—we booked a family room, which came with smart curtains, a large ensuite bathroom, branded toiletries, complimentary afternoon tea and fruit, and their yak beef hotpot was truly delicious. The hotel's attention to detail was evident in every detail, and the price was completely worth it. What touched me most was the owner's generosity! The driver for our chartered car stood us up at the last minute. Early in the morning, while we were frantic at Shangri-La, we sent the owner a message for help. To our surprise, she responded immediately and arranged a replacement vehicle within five minutes. This kind of warmth, even more than family, is far more precious than any physical amenities. Highly recommended to all travelers who value both quality and service; this is a warm and welcoming place worth a special trip!

I originally booked the hotel for the beautiful view of the snow-capped mountains, but I unexpectedly unlocked a lot of surprises! As soon as I opened the door, I was shocked by the terrace facing the snow-capped mountains. The pure white snow tops glowed silver in the sun, and the healing power was full! What's even more surprising is the hotel's rich activity experience: ******* rubbings, handmade ******* incense, tea brewing around the stove and other activities. They even provide ******* clothes, and you can ask the housekeeper in the store to help take pictures. It's really too photogenic~ The room is equipped with floor heating, humidifiers, and smart toilets. There are also rich mini bar snacks and drinks. I have to say that the room also provides free facial masks. The staff is warm and thoughtful. I also received souvenirs when I left the hotel. The hotel is located at the most beautiful fog top observation deck in Meili Snow Mountain, which not only can enjoy the panoramic view of the thirteen peaks of Prince in Meili Snow Mountain, but also overlooks Biluo Snow Mountain, Baima Snow Mountain and Lancang River Valley. There are many types of rooms in the hotel, all of which are equipped with floor heating and anti-high reaction oxygen concentrators, which can be inhaled by nasal tube, and you can see the whole picture of Meili Snow Mountain when you open the curtains. There is a courtyard dam outside, drinking and singing around the fireplace, and there is an Indian super large tent, eating afternoon tea, lying on the lawn, waiting for the sunrise and sunset. We also have a free sightseeing bus service to take you to the foggy top village------- a tree on the net red ------- the foggy top thirteen white pagoda observation deck.

This was the most reassuring hotel I stayed in during my trip to Yunnan, simply because it was clean. Previously, I stayed at guesthouses that cost 400 or 500 yuan, and the towels were always dirty. The service was excellent, and the breakfast butter tea was delicious. The staff were very welcoming during check-in and check-out (I previously stayed at a guesthouse where the owner was very welcoming upon check-in but barely said hello upon departure). This hotel was a real plus for my trip. I highly recommend it.

At first, I compared many places online, and finally I saw a B&B that allowed cooking and had a fireplace. After the phone consultation, the reservation was made. The real thing is more beautiful than the photo. The room is very high-end and it is very comfortable to lie in. The price is quite affordable, it is really a very cost-effective homestay. The store manager is very nice and provides fruits, snacks and beer. We bought groceries, cooked, and then ate, drank, sang, and chatted together. The fireplace especially created a lot of atmosphere and was perfect for taking photos. What’s even more interesting is that the password box was broken, and we finally found the store manager who patiently found the tools to help us open it. The whole stay process was particularly pleasant and reassuring. The layout of the room is also a style I like very much. It is very simple and fresh. All kinds of facilities are available, and the hygiene is even more meticulous. It is a very satisfactory stay experience. Recommended! ! ! !
