"what a wonderful hotel, what a beautiful room, what an excellent breakfast, what a wonderful Host, what a delicious dinner!!" This is what I kept repeating throughout my stay. If you pass through Denia, stay here. You won't regret it. Super rating for Host Birhinia: friendly, elegant, professional and affectionate. And I still haven't been able to say how much it was to stay here. THANK YOU!!

Estuve alojada recientemente en este hotel, que por lo general me encanta. Las instalaciones son preciosas, todo está muy limpio, el desayuno es excelente y la experiencia habría sido perfecta… si no fuera por el trato recibido por parte de la recepcionista llamada Rosa. Tuvimos un problema durante la estancia y, en lugar de mostrarse empática o intentar ayudarnos, su actitud fue grosera, altiva y absolutamente inapropiada para alguien que trabaja de cara al público. Llegó incluso a faltarnos al respeto con comentarios fuera de lugar. Fue una situación muy desagradable que empañó una estancia que, por lo demás, habría sido impecable. Es una pena que un hotel tan cuidado y con un equipo tan profesional en otras áreas tenga a alguien en recepción que no está a la altura del servicio que se espera. Ojalá tomen nota y trabajen en mejorar la atención al cliente, porque por lo demás el lugar merece mucho la pena.

La empleada de Recepción Rosa nos trató fatal, ante un problema reaccionó de manera despectiva incluso llegando a insultar y sus formas dejan mucho que desear. Puse hoja de reclamaciones y reaccionó diciendo que ella era muy Feliz en su vida, no como otras… NUNCA JAMÁS me he visto en otra igual. Busque la cámara oculta pero tristemente era real. No volveré

Se trata de un hotel boutique no muy grande realmente fantastico. Ocupa una antigua casa señorial. Ubicado en el casco antiguo de Denia, en una calle muy tranquila sin tráfico y cerca, a escasos tres minutos andando, de la zona de restaurantes. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas, la nuestra estaba en la primera planta y disponía de un pequeño balcón. El cuarto de baño bastante grande y equipado completamente. Amenities de Rituals. El desayuno tipo buffet muy completo y de calidad. El hotel dispone de aparcamiento propio ya que en la zona es casi imposible aparcar. A destacar por encima de todo la amabilidad y profesionalidad de los empleados: recepción, comedor y limpieza. Recomendable al maximo.

El personal de recepción no acepta las críticas a sus fallos por falta de atención. En ningún momento muestra conciliación más que discutir, discutir y discutir. Un hecho al cual ni siquiera estuvo y me quedé sin habitación. Aseguraros hacerlo todo correcto. Porque son dioses. No se equivocan pero si pagas tú las consecuencias. No volveré ni lo aconsejo. No es el mood de vacaciones

Just to report that this hotel is still super fine! It offers excellent service, a very cozy and beautiful building, parking space for 10 euros a night, brilliant breakfast and dinner - will come again if in the area. I liked everything about our stay.

Denia Stay.
Lovely Hotel , really impressed with the traditional feel .
For us little things let it down ,
1. Poor wifi reception
2. Coffee machine at breakfast looked old , and needed attention, so people were frustrated and queues were occurring.
3. No tea / coffee facilities in bedroom
