El hotel está muy bien ubicado, pero no acorde al precio que ofertan (183€/noche con desayuno). Los motivos son los siguientes: - El buffet del desayuno estaba a las 10:00 de la mañana practicamente vacio, teniamos que reclamar a la camarera continuamente leche o que rellenaran los stand con productos, ya que estaban vacios. - Las habitaciones se escucha todo, tiene muy mala insonorización. - Los baños estaban muy descuidados y bastante viejos para el precio del hotel, el nuestro se salia el agua por la ducha, la tapa del vater estaba casi rota y bastante mal cuidado. - Las camas son muy duras, pero muy pequeñas. - La rampa del garaje (entrada/salida) no tienes visibilidad de los coches que vienen y está muy inclinada. - Cuando reclamamos en la salida los problemas de la habitación y los continuos ruidos de la habitación anexa a donde nos hospedabamos, nos indicaron que no podian hacer nada... (el personal y la atención recibida es bastante pobre para el precio que tiene el hotel por noche).

What a gem of a hotel, from the reception girls to the room and to the gardens. Everything was top class. While away and our or four in the lush tropical gardens while relaxing on comfortable seating as soft relaxing music plays in the background. One thing to mention, travel with your own USB charger as there aren't any here. Many thanks for making our stay with you the best.

El hotel es muy bonito y está en un sitio muy chulo. Lastima del personal, poco atento. Detalles como que el champú se acabe, o el desayuno se acabe y no sean repuestos, son imperdonables. Por cierto el desayuno es correcto en cuanto a calidad pero MUY escaso. Corrigiendo estos porque los detalles mi experiencia probablemente habría sido de cinco en lugar de tres. Ténganlo en cuenta, Sres propietarios.

This is a lovely tranquil oasis outside of town. I enjoyed it very much, but they need to pay a bit more attention to maintenance. The jets in my tub did not work, the wooden roll up shade on the door out to my patio would not roll up all the way, my patio had not been swept, and I could only take a bath, not a shower, because the handle on the shower fixture was broken.

Sehr schönes Hotel und Freundliches Personal.
Was ich schade finde, ist, das nicht für Alergene wünsche eingegangen wird. Vor allem Laktoseintolerante bekommen keine Butter oder Margerine, oder sonstiges zum Früstück.
Lediglich nach ständiger nachfrage bekam ich ab und zu mal Käse.
Bei einer Buchung inkl. Früstück für Menschen mit Alergie nicht in Ordnung.

We arrived to this lovely hotel and got a great first impression. Lovely garden area and a friendly and helpful receptionist who spoke great English. Once I opened the door to our room, I immediately got an unpleasant sewage smell. I aired the room and hoped it would go away. The room was basic and lacked any character and the bathroom was even more basic. The smell didn’t go away so I asked if we could be moved. Unfortunately the hotel was full so no luck there. I was advised later that the cleaning lady checked it and the smell was gone. Needless to say it wasn’t. We went out that evening and when we returned the gates were locked. Reception was closed so we couldn’t get into the hotel grounds. We climbed over the gate!! Again reception was closed the following morning so I couldn’t even make a complaint. All very disappointing

We didn’t get to stay in this property, so impossible to review , we were moved to another hotel in the group , because of low occupancy, however on our first night we were the only people in the new hotel everything shut bar restaurant and front door at 4pm , we were alone all night . , not happy , I also booked Palu Verde as an adults only , , the new hotel was not and didn’t want children around , if I did I wouldn’t have requested an adult only hotel , I called ******* the next day and miraculously the bar stayed open , I have been offers a £110 voucher , not good enough , more people did arrive towards the weekend, including children !! The Hotel we were moved to was lovely and the staff when there were great but it was not what I booked . This will be taken further.
