I expected to be in a good, comfortable and pleasant hotel and I found all that and more things. Among those more things, a restaurant with a very good menu and cuisine, far superior to what I expected.

Positives: - Rooms have been updated recently - Rooms with walk-in showers available - Ample parking space - Friendly personal - Quiet surroundings and room - Excellent buffet breakfast Negatives: - GPS to Denia takes you through some challenging small roads. We have found that the easiest way is to go through the village La Xara which brings you to the CV725. Bed and pillows: Comfy beds although a bit squeaky, pillows a bit thin, but that is personal preference. Tip: instead of ordering room service you can order at the La Nao Lounge, there are more options to choose from, it is cheaper than room service and they prepare it to take away.

The F&B outlets are very reasonably priced (especially the La Nao lounge) and all the food was of very good quality. In addition to the outdoor pool, there is an indoor spa complex with a sauna, steam room and additional indoor pool for 20€ per person for 2 hours. This is especially good for adults if they want to spend some time away from kids, because the pool did get quite full. There is the La Sella Golf Club nearby but we didn't have time to try it, although the price is amazing for 60€ per round per person. If there was one thing that could be improved, it would be the breakfast. The staff couldn't keep up when the hotel is fully booked in the high season. I also felt that the breakfast buffet selection on offer could be larger considering how many people are eating, and it got very crowded! The hotel has a Thai restaurant that is open only 2 or 3 times a week and it just stand empty when it's closed, so it could be adapted into a very good adults-only breakfast area (or for families with older kids). But in conclusion, for what we paid this was definitely very good value overall.

Hotel bonito pero tienen que cuidar un poco las formas de algunos clientes, había una fiesta infantil y dejaron que más de veinte niños se metieran juntos en la piscina y empezaran a tirarse desde el jacuzzi, algo muy peligroso, y no hubo nadie que les dijera nada, además molestaban al resto de clientes y al salvavidas le daba igual. Sus madres tomaban copas mientras tanto, menos mal que no hubo ningún accidente, pero lo pasamos bastante mal viendo el peligro. Por otro lado, han bajado mucho el nivel de los huéspedes y había algunos muy molestos en la piscina, pero nadie les llamaba la atención. Así que no sé si volveremos a este hotel que ya no es lo que era. El spa siempre me pareció muy pequeño, había tanta gente en tan poco espacio que pillé una infección de garganta. El jacuzzi está fuera y bastante lejos así que pasamos frío también. El spa no parece de un hotel de esta categoría, los he visitado mucho mejores en hoteles inferiores. Los restaurantes solo abren de noche y tienes que comer por fuerza en el de la piscina que tiene cuatro cosas, eso me parece lamentable también. Tienen algunas cosas que solucionar si quieren mantener el nivel.

We stayed here last minute booking arriving late at night as we had to leave our previous villa that was unsafe. It was like arriving in an oasis! A wonderful welcome from reception, fantastic staff, lovely pools and pool bar and we loved our apartments. We will come back

Very nice hotel and friendly staff. Rooms are comfortable and quiet. We had a partial view of the golf course from our balcony Breakfast was good although the omelette station is not ready when they open at 7am. That was the only disappointment. It’s very much a family resort so don’t expect a quiet time by the pool. I played the golf course. All in decent condition but you’d expect that as they are hosting a European Ladies tournament in a months time. There are a few water stations on the course which is much appreciated. It’s about a 10min taxi ride into town which will cost 15-20€
