Experience: The receptionist was very formal and polite, he was also very straightforward! The place was spacious and decorated, and the room was better than almost all the previous hotels we went too! Also the hallways aren’t very loud or crowded, that’s a plus. Service: They tidied the bed and replace the towels, pretty nice of them to do! Food/Drinks: We didn’t eat there, but the coffee was good (kinda tastes like tea).

This place was incredible. Location is kind of far from downtown or major activities but the place itself was great. The person at the check in desk was super easy to talk to and gave us an awesome experience checking in!

Room was very spacious and clean. Location was close to the hwy and convenient. Will stay here again especially if traveling with family to chicago.

Good deal

Very remote, 30 miles from the city. I wanted to watch the New Year's Eve fireworks, but I was scared and didn't go after driving 1.5 hours back and forth. The biggest problem is that the Internet is charged, the air conditioning doesn't work, and the shower water is not hot. In such a cold room, the shower water is only 30 or 40 degrees, which is really cold.

Very satisfied, the room is big and comfortable, I will choose this hotel next time.

If you have an early flight, you can consider this hotel because it is close to the airport.
