Comfort inn is nasty and filthy place . Carpet is nasty and torned in room . Roaches all over the room. Toilet broken not mainted the room. Dirty and filthy ! Elavator does not work stop in the middle I was stuck inside for 3 hours oh my god! Pool shut down! It is not up to standard of choice. I checked out left the place went to days inn way batter nice and clean and renovated place. Out door pool was clean and nice at days inn.

It was one of the cleanest hotels we've ever stayed in. It had very large rooms. Breakfast was wonderful. All of the staff members we encountered were very friendly and made us feel right at home. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit

I chose this place because it had a 4 star rating. Not sure who did this rating but it most certainly doesn’t apply. Room smelled like a wet dog had stains on the wall and curtains looked like a cat climbed them and slid down - they were shredded. The whole building has been neglected and needs a lot of work. The luggage carrier was literally duck taped together. The breakfast food “warmer” wasn’t working and the hot food was cold so had to be re-heated in the microwave.

We have stayed at this hotel for probably the past ten years and I'm sad to say we won't be there any more. When checking in, I was not greeted as a Gold Member. We were given a room and found out that the toilet would not flush (couldn't move the handle). We were given another room and found it to be very sub-standard. The toilet rocked from side-to-side. The curtain sheers were torn and tattered. The room was not as clean as you expect. The bathroom didn't even have a holder for the toilet paper. Breakfast was normal for Comfort Inn. We paid with points and it cost 20,000 points for this old unit. We were extremely disappointed and will not return.

Hotel was clean, but needs freshened up. Sheets were comfortable but gray in appearance. Everything looks a little tired. It was quiet. The young man at the desk very courteous and friendly. Suggested a couple places for us to have dinner which was nice. In my estimation it was pricey for what we saw.
