設施：陳舊老化空調不製冷，最基本的掛衣服架子都沒有。
衞生：房間居然出現臭蟲等爬行類蟲子。
環境：環境陰暗沒有明亮乾淨的感覺。
服務：基本沒有，浴巾發舊暗白色且有破損。
本人多年出門在外遇到過的體驗感最差勁的賓館，而且常珍賓館設定了不能退訂單，也就是説你下訂單到了賓館看到環境不好想退訂，不好意思退不了！訂單上有退訂條件限制，等同於你不住也得掏錢。

預訂的第一間房間，門不僅很難打開 不説 ，一進去看了一下，被子上居然有血 ，後邊去找了前台，她説要給她老闆説， 她沒有辦法，然後我們用她手機給老闆説了，她才又重新給我們換了一間房 結果第二間房門也是很難打開 ，不出意外這次是被子上床單上有血，然後又下去找前台給她説 ，她説沒有辦法的，就是説現在不給我們換床單 也不換房間，真的當時很無語 一點都不注酒店管理

住宿條件還可以，熱水沒用不確定有沒有，不過房間號太靠後，網絡不通一直處於斷網狀態，連流量都用不了，半夜還有斷斷續續的聲音會響起，門鎖安裝不到位無法反鎖，聯繫喜歡睡前玩會手機，睡眠不好的人謹慎選擇，不過就這個價位而言，已經相當不錯了！
