房間床頭垃圾桶有尿騷味，還有床頭的香氛太刺鼻，想不明白床頭放香氛是幹嘛？掩蓋垃圾桶尿騷味嗎？搞得兩個晚上難入眠。房間沒有服務枱電話，難以和前台很好的聯繫。服務員沒有很好的放置必需品，有的盒子是空的。最重要的一點，沒想到這麼大的酒店沒有配備小童用具。還好拿了上個酒店的小童用具。
