耐心看完我這篇！對你一定有幫助！ 我的綜合評分是：3分 一般 1:首先説的是酒店地段：就在景區途徑的山路半路自建房路段 2:再説停車情況（不收費）：1:酒店門口有10個左右停車位置，地勢較高，能停但不好停。 酒店對面有些許泥巴草坪未規劃線，也可以停，大概容納15-20台車吧。 3:再説酒店公共環境情況：入住這棟是住宿，隔壁一樓是早餐用餐處。一看就知道私人民宿個體户管理模式，公共環境衞生我覺得也沒啥好説的，整體是乾淨的。 4:重要來説這個住宿問題及客房服務問題： 房間的衞生及裝修我覺得這個價位還是可以的。 5:房間的噪音問題，非常之差，一夜未眠！ 我住在2樓，7月12號晚上（23點左右）那個樓道的安全通道還是消防火警就一直響不停！ 我們以為出現安全情況了，但是並沒有人通知也沒有其他住客出來（入住時我們説不要第一間房，但是前台説滿房） 於是我們第一時間給酒店前台打電話，無人接聽。 入睡後，大概從早上5-6點這樣被熱醒以及陸陸續續聽到噪音：住客陸續出門聲、走廊走動聲、安全通道開門關門聲等等（不開玩笑的説我以為我房門沒關/或是住在公共區域） 實在難忍，難以入眠於是下樓吃早餐，結果問了些人才知道酒店停電（無人通知/無歉意） 可想而知早餐也不如意，8-9點去的時候衹有白粥這類，等了會阿姨説用煤氣給我們煮了個番茄湯自己拌粉吃 也算是差強人意吃了頓煮粉。 6:再補充一下房間看到的景色：我是在評論區看到説是房間可以看到瀑布定的！（這幾個人説入住就看到德天瀑布的純屬吹**！！！）實際衹有爛尾樓水泥毛坯房！！ 我懷疑是户型問題，所以退房前看了下對面房間，以我入住的205為例！都是爛毛坯！我住的這個205伸一節手指就能摸到的程度！
