We stayed in Hotel Fluela first week of March. We were impressed about the excellent treatment we received from the hotel’s staff. Some members of my family only speak Spanish but this was not a problem as receptionists spoke multiple languages. Very conveniently located, right next to Davos Dorf train stop. Gondola to the Parsenn ski are is a 5min walk from the hotel. The hotel’s breakfast and the spa facilities are excellent. Staff went above and beyond. Front desk staff was amazing. Bellmen drove us around town and to ski lift and back. Breakfast was AMAZING! Facilites beatiful, pool and spa great. Walking distance to Paresenns lift and shops.

I arrived off the train and was immediately impressed by the awe of the hotel. In the heart of Davos, the Hotel Flüela does not disappoint. The staff is constantly there to anticipate every need you could have and do it all behind the scenes.

Es war alles einfach perfekt und es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Man hat sich sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Das Personal ausserordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend und immer bemüht die Wünsche zu erfüllen. Zimmer sehr sauber und heimelig, einfach eine Wohlfühloase.

Hôtel vieillissant situé à l’entrée de Davos avec peu d’animation. Le personnel est particulièrement compétent et très amical. Très bon petit déjeuner, les préparations des œufs est remarquable. Repris par Hyatt récemment, j’espère qu’une rénovation redonnera du cachet à ce palace.

Me and my Partner were just on a weekend skiing espace. We were delighted with overall friendliness and proactiveness of the Hotel Team. breakfast was deligtfull with all choices of fresh alpine menue, as well as freshly pressed multivitamine juices. What was beyond our expectations - my Partner said, he "would not have even asked" - was offering to access the Spa, after the skiing day and after the morning checkout. This was more than a nice gesture. It allowed us to rest more and avoid the evening traffic back home.

The hotel breakfast, windows, restaurant experience and Spa should be much better for the price range. Lifts are old and small. To be fair, most of the breakfast food is top quality, but there are basic things that are just below par, like coffee, the inability to prepare anything outside the menu (like simple scrambled eggs with not tons of salt)

Staff was accommodating and friendly. Great location to ski shop and shuttle to lifts is spot on. I’d come back again for sure. Food is good. Rooms are clean and cared for.skiing was great and snowfall was nice.
