Waren schon mehrmals auf dem Campingstellplatz des Hotels und nun das erste Mal im Hotelzimmer. Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Hotel mit toller Dampfsauna und freundlichem Personal. Getränke der Minibar sowie Tickets für die Ortsbusse waren inklusive. Es hatte alles, was wir brauchten, um uns vier Tage lang zu erholen und im Wellnessbereich zu sonnen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Es war alles gut (Sauberkeit, Frühstück usw.), doch die 4 Sternen war für uns wahrscheinlich auf den Umstand zurückzuführen, dass es ein grosses Hallenbad und Saunalandschaft gibt. Für ein 4 Sterne-Hotel würde ich vom Personal etwas mehr persönliche Freundlichkeit erwarten. Es waren alle mit einer "antrainierten" Freundlichkeit unterwegs, was ich schade finde. Auch bei Fragen wurden antrainiert freundlich beantwortet, doch nicht mehr (keine aktive Empfehlung zum Beispiel bei der Frage um die Gültigkeit der Bergbahnenvergünstigung). Zimmer war sehr klein.

Das Essen war teilweise nicht gut. Die Speisekarte gehört frühzeitig aufgehängt. Beim Frühstück (Selbstbedienung) stand zu viel Personal einfach herum, da es nichts zu tun gab (Einsparung möglich). Man wurde vom Chef de service nicht begrüsst. Die Sauna war ohne aetherische Öle (steht gross angeschrieben), ohne Aufgusswasser und zum Teil ohne Tee. Es fehlten die Zeitungen. Man sass in der Lobby und konnte nirgendwo ein Getränk beziehen (Apparat hinstellen, kostst nichts).

The room is super cozy, the beds are really comfortable, the breakfast is decent. We only stopped one night and arrived pretty late, so we could not try all the amenities of the hotel, including restaurant and spa, so we are about to return, since the things that we tried were all 5 /5

Superior Zimmer genug gross und renoviert. 1 Sauna und Schwimmbad für Kurzaufenthalt völlig ausreichend. Frühstück war Okay, hat für meinen Geschmack aber noch Luft nach oben. Müesliecke könnte noch getopt werden, Haferflocken Natur etc. haben gefehlt Nussmischung auch. Spiegeleier vorgegart waren kalt, ev. auf Nachfrage frisch machen. PreiLeistung hat aber gestimmt und würde sicherlich wieder hingehen.

Exzellente Wahl auch für einen Kurzaufenthalt. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, grosser heller Frühstücksraum. Möglichkeit in der Parkgarage, gegen Aufpreis, zu parkieren, genutzt. Beim nächsten Aufenthalt muss ich noch die weiteren Angebote erkunden.

Nicht nur hunde sind nicht mehr willkommen,auch die gäste.Essen zum vorjahr schlecht kalter speisesaal alles sehr sec.Keine zeitungen mehr das menu wird nicht mehr schon am morgen pupliziert Alles wurde reduziert.Die schweizerische hastfreundlichkeit fehlt .Schade nie wieder. Positiv Das personal gibt sich alle mühe das neue reue maganement zu verteidigen.
