Auch dieses Jahr haben wir eine sehr schöne Woche im Kongress Hotel verbracht. Speziell das Essen im Rahmen der Halbpension war sehr gut. Immer sehr schön präsentiert und wirklich ausgezeichnet. Grosses Lob an die Küche. Service gewohnt freundlich und nett. Auch die Zimmer waren perfekt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt,

My cash got stolen from the safe. I found my safe open and lost my money and iPhone. the staff refused to accept that even after showing them the safe...they had no cctv or record of anyone who has gone into the room and Said you can contact the police if u want. most unprofessional service ever and most rude staff.

Wir haben im Februar eine Woche mit unseren Kindern und Hund im Kongress Hotel verbracht. Wir bekamen schöne geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer in welchen wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Die Lage des Hotel mitten in Davon und mit Ski-Bus Halt vor dem Hotel ist perfekt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Freundlichkeit des Personals, sowohl an der Reception wie auch im Restaurant. Sowohl Frühstück wie auch das Abendessen im Rahmen der HP waren ausgezeichnet. und liessen keine Wünsche offen. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind genügend vorhanden und mit der Gästekarte (Bus / Bahn inklusive) kann auch das Auto seine Ferien geniessen. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert, wir werden wieder kommen.

Sehr schönes Zimmer, sehr sauber. Etwas kühl war es und es dauerte bis die Heizung gut reagierte. Das Frühstück war gut und die Bedienung freundlich. Minuspunkte fürs Abendbuffet. Zwar war es gut gekocht, doch fast alle Speisen leider nur lauwarm. Dies obwohl ich zu den ersten Gästen am Buffet zählte.

Wir haben in diesem Hotel wunderbare Skiferien mit Freunden verbracht. Das Essen war wirklich sehr gut. Die Menüs sind abwechslungsreich und die Portionen ideal. Am meisten hat uns die Freundlichkeit ALLER Mitarbeiter gefallen. Besonders das Personal im Restaurant war stets zuvorkommend und sehr aufmerksam. Wir kommen wieder!
